This was our 2nd stay at this condo. This place is really nice in a good location. Easily walkable to everything around the harbor and Medano beach. Fair warning about traveling to Cabo in August. A lot of restaurants were closed for a few weeks. It’s slow down there this time of year. We will definitely be back, this place is super nice!

Bennie's place was amazing. Hector met us at check in and was great to communicate with. He set up transfers to and from airport and was available with any questions. The condo is Walking distance to Marina, shopping, many restaurants and bars, and even Walmart. Had 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas and plenty of beach towels for all 6 of us. The place was very clean! The only negative thing I can say is the music coming from Corazon hotel next door is quite loud from around 9pm-little after midnight. They do have earplugs provided. This is something that is out of their control but just wanted to mention it. All 6 of us loved this place and will definitely be back!

This place is perfect to walk the city while in total luxury. Our 4 night here was perfect. Walking to The Office and the other beach restaurants/beach clubs and also very close to the marina/mall and all of downtown. While we didn’t cook anything the kitchen was restaurant quality. We will definitely be back.

Great Place. Great location. Very clean. Very Spacious. Hector the concierge was phenomenal! Always responsive. Even had him get something for me from the market. I will be back in town his unit shortly.

The condo itself was fabulous. The area was extremely loud and we could not sleep. Hector was not easy to get in touch with and we had to wait to get in. I was not happy that the host could just enter through the elevator without any control by us. Did not feel safe.

My family and I had a great stay at Bennies condo. Very spacious, clean and well situated. Bennie and Hector made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting.

We had a fantastic six-night stay at this beautiful condo over the holidays! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and the Marina. The apartment itself was stunning: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a balcony with the most incredible sunrises. We had everything we needed, from beach towels to chairs, making our stay so easy and enjoyable. The concierge was incredibly helpful, responsive, and a delight to work with. Our family had the best time in Cabo San Lucas and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is exactly what you see in pictures and more. The view of the sunrise each morning was perfect from the patio. The condo is probably the very well stocked and has everything you need. The location is very walkable to restaurants and the marina. Bennie and his concierge Hector was very available with any questions and Hector help book our transportation and whale watching tour. I would definitely recommend and would book again.

Beautiful condo in Cabo very close to the beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the private access was secure and staff was friendly. The private pool and hottub area is smaller side, but cozy and private. We enjoyed grilling and having a private pool experience as there are only a 7 condos in this building. Bennie/Hector were very responsive and friendly in helping to make our vacation enjoyable. I would consider renting this condo again if returning to Cabo, but the only draw back from the trip was the poor air quality (evenings) while we were there and loud nightclubs in the area.
