The place was as described, had plenty of space, cold AC, and good accommodations as listed. The check-in was not acceptable however. They unfortunately provided the wrong key code, as well as the wrong wifi password. We finally got a hold of a representative since this company is managed by a property management company, and they did not have solutions to get us inside. Finally, a neighbor of the property, was out with his dog, and he knew someone locally who knew the correct key code which finally allowed us to get in. Apparently the key code and Wi-Fi password had been changed and the listing had not been updated, nor updated in the information that is sent out to Airbnb guests.

The place was really nice right on the beach with great amenities. Kayaks and a tour company right on the dock next door.

Good stay. Easy to get to using a golf cart from central San Pedro. Nice pool. Quiet. Easy check in.

Vacasa Belize was wonderful start to finish. Someone was always quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay in San Pedro. The concierge booked our transfers for us, booked our golf cart for the week, and helped with suggestions and recommendations for our stay there. We were very happy with the resort, we had two rooms that connected via a door which gave us plenty of space for my husband and me and our two boys. the rooms were clean and everything was just as the pictures depicted. The resort was quiet and a bit outside of town which was to our liking. We only wish we had had two more days to stay.

The unit requires some upgrades but for this price is ok. Check in instructions was not clear. In general, it is good place with good beech for people who want a quiet stay. No any activities around and 20 minutes driving to town.

Great, clean space! We had no issues with our condo. Management goes above and beyond to provided help arranging water taxi transportation, ground transportation, and golf cart rental. They also advised us on restaurants, local Covid-19 guidelines and curfew restrictions. Customer service is top notch. Thanks for a great stay!

OK problem #1 is they have dwellings all over San Pedro and all are listed as "Vacasa Belize" on Airbnb so after staying at 3 different properties of theirs, I have no idea which I'm rating right now as 2 of the stays even overlapped on the same day. The first place I stayed was great! 5 star experience. The second, a nightmare. It's a big pink complex on the south end of San Pedro. I had what their system for some reason recognized as 2 rooms. Room 21 and room 22. Instead of it directing me to that location, somehow they added the 2 numbers and told me by automation that my room was #43. Spent an hour searching for room 43! There is no 43. Me with my post surgical walking issues searching for a unicorn for a hour, frantically making calls that nobody answered..... actually the room was fine, but doggonit you're not getting 5 stars from ME after what I went through!
