My friend, her children and I enjoyed our stay at coco’s place. We needed to change our place the first day we arrived. I found her place first and reached out. She responded very quickly and had someone helped us check in. We were able to rest well the entire trip. I appreciate how fast she responded to my message and request. Highly recommend!

It was a very beautiful house, and the air conditioner and beds were comfortable. It's a little bit far from the center of town, but it's close to the lake, and you can go for a walk. I visited during the hot season, so it was very helpful that they provided a large drinking water dispenser! I recommend it!

Hosts were communicative and friendly. They even offered to relocate me during extended power outages. The only negative I’d mention is the insect infestation in the kitchen. The hosts clearly knew about it as they handed me a bottle of Raid as I checked in - it should’ve been dealt with permanently beforehand. Great stay other than my friends in the kitchen!

Great hosts! The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable. The home was quiet and the neighborhood was safe. I had everything I needed to cook myself meals. The hosts always responded to my messages and even had my laundry done, they picked it up and dropped it back off within 5 hours. The house is close to the lake, 5 minutes away. The boardwalk and pier are right there.

Small but cozy house, comfortably sleeps 4 people, the rooms are a great size. Coco is an excellent host; she went above and beyond to welcome us and help us. The air conditioner's circuit board burned out while we were staying, and they quickly sent a professional to repair it, and everything was taken care of. The place is peaceful; we even left the car parked outside the house overnight. Easy and quick access to a park by the city's lake. If your plan is to spend the day out and have a place to sleep with the freedom to cook, I highly recommend it.
