The Space

This private home features three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, situated in a quiet area. Each bedroom includes a full ensuite bathroom, with an additional half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor.

Two of the bedrooms are master suites. One master bedroom is on the second floor and offers a large private balcony where you can enjoy sunrises accompanied by the sounds of howler monkeys, overlooking the hills of Tamarindo and the ocean. The other master bedroom is on the first floor and provides views of the pool and backyard.

The sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed and three queen-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

The open floor plan includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a large island featuring a dishwasher. Small appliances such as a blender, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are also provided. The home is stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, towels, and linens.

Large windows throughout the home allow natural light to fill the space. The dining area opens onto a spacious terrace with a private pool surrounded by a tropical garden. The covered terrace by the pool is ideal for barbecues and outdoor dining.

Additional features include a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the main level. Weekly housekeeping is included.

The home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. High-speed internet, cable TV, a safe, and phones for local calls are also available. For security, the property has an alarm system.
