El espacio
Esta casa completamente nueva, de estilo tropical moderno, se encuentra en una propiedad privada cerrada, rodeada de exuberantes jardines selváticos. Las ventanas de piso a techo integran el entorno natural y frondoso al amplio espacio de estar.
La cocina totalmente equipada es ideal para preparar comidas con familiares y amigos o contratar a un chef privado. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para diez personas, y las puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren hacia la piscina exterior y los jardines tropicales para disfrutar de comidas relajadas al aire libre.
Habitaciones y baños
Despierte con vistas a los exuberantes jardines que rodean la piscina desde una de las cinco habitaciones con cama king, cada una con baño privado.
- Dos habitaciones en el segundo piso cuentan con balcones con vista a la piscina.
- Dos habitaciones principales en la planta baja y una habitación adicional tienen acceso directo a la terraza de la piscina.
- Las habitaciones principales incluyen lujosas duchas tipo lluvia, lavamanos dobles y amplios vestidores.
- Todas las demás habitaciones tienen armarios completos.
- Cada habitación se abre mediante puertas corredizas de vidrio hacia el área de la piscina.

This house is gorgeous and very spacious for multiple families. Restaurants and beach are walkable. Host was always responsive. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

I can't say enough about our stay... the house was everything we hoped it would be and some, very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach and within easy reach of anything one can possibly need while in the area. We can't wait for an opportunity to return

We had a great stay! very short walk to the beach and 2 places to each within a few steps, literally! Other eateries & market also in walking distance. The house has everything we needed. Ally was quick to respond and help when we had questions. If you're staying in Playa Grande, this 5 bedroom large home is perfect!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Ally’s place was perfect for our adult family vacation. Extremely walkable, gorgeous property, very comfortable home. The 5 king bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms were so great to have. Ally was incredibly responsive and had great property managers in town who helped us out when a couple of things came up. Also, the local concierge she recommended, Julie from Waves of Lux, was instrumental in helping us arrange transfers and amazing tours, and even a local private chef. Incredibly stay!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for 8 of us. Truly just minutes from the beautiful quiet beach. We initially were going to stay in Tamarindo but had recommendations to consider Playa Grande to be in a less tourists area- we didn’t regret it! A restaurant is next door and a few others within walking distance. Thanks Ally for being a great host, communication and responsiveness! (As well as the concierge who was super helpful)

Las Palmas was the perfect place for our group! Beautiful new modern home with lots of space. Great restaurants within walking distance and the stunning Playa Grande right next door. Highly recommend this home to rent.
