El espacio
Este es un acogedor estudio que hemos diseñado personalmente. Está ubicado detrás de la heladería y la tienda de abarrotes en Hacienda Iguana.
Al hospedarte aquí, tendrás acceso a todas las amenidades de la comunidad:
- Campo de golf
- Bar y restaurante del club de playa
- Piscina del club de playa
Además, tendrás acceso a dos rompientes de clase mundial:

- Colorados
¡No es necesario caminar una hora desde Gigante!
Acceso para huéspedes
- Podemos añadir un colchón extra para una tercera persona.
- Si tu grupo es de tres personas, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $20.
Otros detalles a considerar
Este loft está ubicado detrás de un gimnasio, por lo que se puede escuchar la música durante las horas de clase.
La mejor opción es unirse a las clases, que tienen un costo de $10 por persona.

Place was beautiful no complaints. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The back yard is a 9 hole golf coarse.

Place is 5/5 for the price. Fits 2 guys comftably. Better for couples but 2 and even 3 surf dudes can make it happen. The outside and side of the house should be cleaner and needs a little bit of care, for example there is a sort of 3-sink to wash clothes or anything else, that was dirty and unattended. It appears its not for guest use. Ideal location, can walk to the beach but a fairly long walk. We rented a car at the airport. The place is a studio loft (1-area only), so we had to ask for a chair to sit outside and make it a porch. Hopefully they leave it there. Btw porch view and ambient is nice with the gold course on the back. It is located right in “downtown” so couple of restaurants nearby. We recommend the brewery. Finally, it surprised us to have the place cleaned by staff since there was no communication about that, so keep your things private 😆. Finally there was a annoying toilet issue had to flush 5 times, but they got it fixed by the end. Wouldve loved a dinner on them

A super practical and beautiful place or two-feed without worrying about such a large space. It has everything you need for a short or long stay.

This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely come back. Mario was very polite and replied to any concern we had. The loft is nice and has everything to stay comfortably. There are some restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and even an ATM, just a few steps from de the loft. We walked to the beach and took us around 12 minutes. The pathway was very enjoyable and has shade all the way down to the beach. Highly recommended.
