Easy and picturesque stroll into town The space This delightful villa has been furnished with care, and attention to detail has created a special ambiance. The furnishings are first class and although the house is modern it has a distinct Mexican flair created by the wall colours and art work. One of the many added bonuses to this property is its uniqueness of its location within the group of 16 houses. It sits alone on the boundary of the property and overlooks the jungle only. With no other houses in view. The Bird Sanctuary is 50 meters away, this added feature has been given to us by nature. On any given day, you are bound to see different wild life passing through the woods forming the garden. You most definitely will be delighted by the selection of tropical birds and their song that you can experience at close range whilst enjoying your morning coffee on the patio. The night time is very peaceful and quiet ( no traffic noise to disturb you ) The mattresses and bedding are high quality ensuring you a peaceful and relaxing sleep. Another wonderful thing about this villa is that it takes LESS than 10 very pleasant minutes to walk to one of many beaches all in easy reach. It is also a short stroll to the 5th Avenue in the town where you can find restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife. If you prefere a quiet evening, our patio offers calm and enjoyable ambiance whilst sipping on a Margarita at sunset, time to reflect on your day and give thanks. This beautiful villa is perfect for a family, couples or for singles vacation. Guest access The whole house is yours during your stay. Excellent option! Comfortable, easy access to beach, great linens and towels, super comfortable beds. As for crockery and cooking utensils, it has everything and more. The house has its own style, with many details that account for the affection they have to the house. It's a well-kept airbnb. Gillian super attentive as well as the administrator. El jardin es Nat Geo live. You see coaties, iguaties, and even deer!! We loved staying here and will be our choice in Playa del Carmen! Thanks for hosting us, we felt right at home!

Gillian’s place was so beautiful. Artistically and tastefully decorated with everything you need to feel at home. Fantastic location. While it is conveniently close to downtown, it’s still perfectly located within Playacar. A couple of things we learned after a few days that made our time more enjoyable. Rent bikes the first day. Then you can easily get around and find all the little gems in Playacar. Xaman-Ha Paseo makes a loop around the golf course and it’s a bike lane on one side. The pool has a permanent visitor - Mr Iguana. He loves the pool, but for gods sake don’t feed him or any of the animals because they will become pests. Gillian’s condo is surrounded by a jungle patch that is an Aviary you can visit. It’s like watching the nature channel from the living room. If you come to PDC from a cooler, drier climate like us, leave the windows closed and turn on the AC in the rooms you occupy. Turn them off when you leave the room and shut doors to keep it cool.

Our stay at Gillian's villa was absoloutely fantastic. The location was perfect - not too close or far away from the hustle and bustle of Fifth Avenue, and better yet, a short walk to one of the nicest beaches in Playa. The villa was tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with everything you would need. Above all, Gillian was great host who was always friendly and responsive to our questions. We felt well taken care of, and wish we could have stayed for longer!

We enjoyed our stay at Gillians home , we had no problems . The beach is beautiful and a short walk away, And her manager Tina was next door and very helpful if we had any questions and we really appreciated the early and late check out . Thank you very much !

We loved it, very quiet area and close to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, shops, the house is very comfortable with everything you need to spend a nice vacation, we definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent week at Gillian’s house. It was quiet and beautiful. A short 15minute walk to the beach and 5th ave. Gillian went out of her way with all questions we had. Would highly recommend!
