5BR Villa in Pedregal

Three generations (10people) of my family stayed here for 7 days and everyone loved their accommodations. An unusual layout with a central courtyard with a pool and spa and private entrances to each of the 5 suites. The kitchen, dining area and living room are lined with sliders on both sides that allow easy access to the courtyard or the balcony with an unbelievable 180 degree view. We watched whales and could hear the surprisingly loud boom each time they breached. We hired a private chef for entire time and the well equipped kitchen allowed fantastic meals to be prepared. Our host Michaela was excellent, giving us recommendations for activities, restaurants and a taxi service that was excellent and very responsive. She also pre-stocked the house with food and beverage items just as we requested. Hope this wonderful property is available when we visit next year.

The villa is spectacular, even better than the pictures. Amazing ocean views wrap the entire front and there is a beautiful courtyard. The location is close to everything. It’s very private neighborhood with guarded entrance, beautiful cobblestone driveways, just not walkable to anything. Rooms are spacious and spread out so can host multiple families or kids. Jacuzzi on the terrace is a big bonus. Host is very responsive and attentive. We were a party of 8 for a boys trip and we got a great balance of partying out and also completely relaxing when home.

Everything was perfect. Easy to check in, the view is spectacular and the house is one of the absolute best vacation houses we have ever rented. The house is spectacular for a family vacation!

Definitely one of the best places we have stayed! Everything was perfect! Sarah was great! She welcomed us and had prepared snacks and drinks. The views are simply breathtaking! The house is spacious and has plenty of extra supplies. Sarah was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any questions or tips on where to go or do! We all had an amazing time. Highly recommended!
