The apartment is in a good location and is spacious, but it lacks maintenance. Several light bulbs don't work, the stove has several issues due to misuse, and it doesn't have basic items that should be included for the price you pay, such as dish soap. There is no disinfectant of any kind to keep the kitchen clean during your stay, and there are no extra garbage bags. If you like to enjoy a clean apartment during your stay, this is not a good option, as you will need to consider purchasing cleaning products for a short stay.

Unit matches photos and descriptions. However, "Brand New " is not legitimate for a building occupied for 9 or 10 years. Public areas of building well kept. Kitchen equipped with all necessary. Some towels and linens due for replacement. Would definitely return.

Great condo, well appointed with lovely view of the ocean. You cannot beat location. Close to great restaurants and access to mamitas beach is a huge plus.

As described. The area is very nice, one block from the beach and two blocks from 5th Avenue. At night, it was a bit noisy due to the Playa del Carmen party, but it ended early. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, right by the beach and walkable to Quinta Avenida. Our main point of contact, Abner, was responsive and helpful. As other reviews had mentioned the music from the restaurant was a little loud at night but that wasn’t a big problem. The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. Access to mamitas beach club was great, however, we did have to get to the beach early to secure our chairs as the beach does get very crowded. Overall our stay was great and we had a wonderful time.

Nice condo. We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and shopping, but the karaoke PA across the street was somewhat loud until ~midnight, not a big deal to us.

We initially booked the Christmas week for 6 people but had to change to mid January for 2 people. Host insisted the price would not change even though Airbnb quoted a lower price. Would never go back or recommend this condo

Nice Airbnb with a quick 2-minute walk to the beach! The property host Abner was kind and gave us a quick tour of the condo when we checked in. Lovely ocean views from the living room and two bedroom. Excellent pool and we were given complimentary access to the Mamitas Beach club with two chairs and umbrella. We had a small issue, but the condo staff was very responsive and helpful during our whole stay. Central location close to all shopping and restaurants! Also, very kid friendly so very recommended for families.
