Bella Vista ofrece una amplia panorámica de 180 grados del océano, que se extiende desde Costa Rica hasta la costa de Nicaragua. Ubicada por encima de las viviendas circundantes, la propiedad ofrece vistas ininterrumpidas de las olas para surfear en Playa Remanso y Playa Hermosa. Disfrute de cada atardecer desde el patio o la piscina infinita y, cuando sea hora de ir a la playa, acceda directamente a Playa Remanso desde la parte baja del desarrollo.
Acceso y estacionamiento
- Para acceder a la casa se requiere un vehículo con tracción en las cuatro ruedas.
- La propiedad está ubicada en la parte superior de un camino de tierra muy empinado.
- Los conductores deben sentirse cómodos transitando por terrenos fuera de carretera.
- Hay estacionamiento privado fuera de la propiedad en la parte baja de la colina para los huéspedes que no tengan vehículos con tracción en las cuatro ruedas o que prefieran evitar el trayecto fuera de carretera.
- Hay transporte gratuito entre la casa y el estacionamiento fuera de la propiedad en el vehículo de la propiedad, de 8:00 a. m. a 8:00 p. m., de lunes a sábado.
- Los huéspedes también pueden caminar entre la casa y el área de estacionamiento fuera de la propiedad; el trayecto toma aproximadamente 20 minutos.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We had such a wonderful few days at your property—it was so spotlessly clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. Having a 4x4 vehicle was a fun little adventure and absolutely worth it for the breathtaking scenery. We truly loved unwinding and watching the gorgeous sunsets from the site every afternoon. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Only issues I'd say is if you don't like nature then go to a hotel ,house was everything as described, beautiful location and views ,staff was friendly and helpful host responded asap would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Beautiful house. Amazing views on top of the hill at Playa Remanso. Kitchen was fully stocked and when the blender broke it was quickly replaced. All the linens you would need are provided. Pool was kept clean. We had a great time and would come back again.

Beautiful house, we loved it. The most wonderful thing was the view—waking up every day to that view was the best part. We loved the house; it was spacious and had all the amenities. Thank you to Franklin and Josué for always being so helpful. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this house. We have a great time
