Fantastic place, in a great location. We were 4 families with young children, and had a spectacular time. The staff make an amazing breakfast / BBQ, and we’re always attentive. Communication with the host was perfect. The multiple levels of the house, and the amazing rooftop with the pool and views of the old town made for multiple “hang out” areas. Will definitely book again if we are back

This place was perfect for our group of 12 people and a one year old. It was exactly as the pictures show, spacious with enough room for everyone and large enough for everyone to escape to a corner and feel like they could have their own private area if they wanted. The social areas are perfect for large groups. The rooftop with a grill and the pool especially were very enjoyable for late afternoon dinners. The team that tends to the guests in the house was fantastic. They took care of numerous delicious meals excelling in every single way, including presentation. They also took care of laundry and kept the place impeccable during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the en suite bathrooms were pristine. The location was excellent, within walking distance to a lot of sites in a quiet part of town. Highly recommended and would definitely come again with a big group.

This place is fantastic and we highly recommend. The staff (Rafa and Julio) were friendly, super polite and professional. Plus Julio’s cooking was superb. The rooms were done everyday and the house had everything we needed. Including lots of hangers which is not common and shows you the owners took care of the small details. We enjoyed the Bluetooth connection throughout the house so we could listen to music in various areas. The a/c worked well, but wish the master bedroom could cool a bit more. There are curtains between the room and bathroom/closet area which prevented the room to cool more since the bathroom/closet is exposed to the outside. That said, there are huge fans which helped a lot. The 2 fridges had great space and the pool kitchen are was fantastic. We enjoyed a dinner up there one night. The pool is also a jacuzzi which worked well. Location is great! Close to so much.

Located in a quiet area of Cartagena's historical centre, this is a beautifully renovated home with top quality service. The bedrooms are gorgeous, the living and dining spaces are beautifully decorated, and the rooftop terrace is a highlight. I'm so grateful to Juan and Alvaro, to the live-in team, to our chef and to our concierge help for their support to ensure a smooth and successful visit for myself and my colleagues. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place to stay as a family, super spacious and beautiful. Location was great because it was on a quiet street and everything was easy to walk to. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We also extended our stay and they were very accommodating of that. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A Gem in Cartagena – Ideal for Family Gatherings!!!!:-) This villa is truly stunning, perfect for bringing together multiple generations in total comfort. From the elegant first floor and spacious dining room to the cozy family room on the second floor overlooking Cartagena’s charming streets, every detail felt special. We especially enjoyed the third-floor rooftop with its full kitchen, incredible 360° views of the old city, sea, and “Cerro de La Popa,” and the relaxing pool area, ideal for unwinding as a family. A heartfelt thank you to Julio and Rafa, whose attentive service, delicious meals, fresh juices, and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. One suggestion: improving the air conditioning in the master bedroom and the rooftop room would enhance comfort, especially in high temperatures. It is much needed in temperatures rising 32/35 C degrees Thank you for helping us create lasting family memories in such a magical place.

This house is spectacular -- beautiful, spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for us. It's a 5 minute walk to the heart of things, but just far enough from the center that we didn't hear much noise overnight. All of the bedrooms have good air conditioning. The master suite is open air, so it's hot during the day, but with the a/c on it's plenty comfortable for sleeping overnight. The roof deck is great -- a small but nice swimming pool, seating on multiple levels, and an outdoor kitchen. The staff who stay in the house, Rafa and Julio, were super nice and accommodating. Julio knows his way around the kitchen, so we asked him to cook breakfast for us every day and dinner a few nights. He and Rafa handled the food shopping, cooking, and clean up, all for a very reasonable added price (tell them what you want and they'll give you the price) plus the cost of the food. You don't always get what you pay for, but this house was worth every penny.

This was the most amazing place I’ve ever seen in my life so close to the clock tower where we want it to be so close to the ocean so close to so many places where we wanted to eat blocks away from lots of historical sites that we wanted to see This trip was amazing but the house itself was immaculate. The host that they had there also were unbelievable amazing if I could leave 100 stars I would thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I cannot recommend Juan’s Airbnb highly enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of Cartagena with easy access to all the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Juan is an exceptional host.
