Really a paradise to share as a family. The house has an excellent layout and several areas to enjoy. The super well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Fer is a super host, attentive to every message and very kind. We will definitely be back

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a super complete kitchen. It's spacious and comfortable, and Fer is always attentive. Every part of the house is designed for comfort and relaxation. The only thing we didn't like was that the pool was very dirty.

Everything I have to say about the experience we had is positive. There was excellent communication with the host. It was very easy to get there and enter the house, which is beautiful, with every detail to make our stay an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, with private bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, all beautiful. Each living room was better than the last. The kitchen had everything you need to make anything from simple breakfasts to banquets. The patio and pool area are very well maintained: clean, warm pool and well-mowed lawn. Residential complex with security. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed here on vacation to meet up with our friends for a week long stay. Fer was always very responsive and addressed every issue quickly. We had several issues that appeared to be unforeseen due to apparently a recent massive power outage that knocked out the internet and some household appliances as well as the hot tub heating elements. Since these issues too a few days to get resolved even, Fer graciously extended our stay. Overall this is a spacious house, and Fer is a responsive host.

Our stay at Fer's house was excellent. The house is amazing: very spacious, impeccably clean, and very easy to find and access. Fer was a first-class super host. He was always attentive to us, helped us with everything we needed, and really went the extra mile to make the experience perfect. He even allowed us to check out late because it was my birthday, a touch that we greatly appreciated. The pool area is simply spectacular and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I 100% recommend this house for families or friends. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is very nice, the house is huge, and the neighborhood is quiet in general. What we liked most about the house was the fenced-in courtyard, so our dogs could run free without the risk of them going to a neighboring house. Fer responded quite quickly and was flexible with check-in. I hope to return to the property under better conditions.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. Very spacious, comfortable and safe. We went as a family, a group of 8 people, and we enjoyed the facilities; there is enough space and options for every taste. Fer was available to help. I would return to this place, I recommend it.
