The Space
Casas con Patio is a newly built complex featuring two independent three-bedroom houses, each with its own private pool. The complex is centered around a shared courtyard and is located just a five-minute walk from Pelada Beach in Nosara.
Casa con Patio 2 accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a private patio designed to seamlessly connect the indoors with nature. This house is also a five-minute drive from Guiones town.
The architectural design aims to create the sensation that the house floats above the gardens, with natural light filling every room throughout the day. Casa con Patio 2 features two private patios that illuminate the interior spaces.
The kitchen offers ample storage and a U-shaped workspace, creating a functional area for both socializing and working. This space has a double-height ceiling and a natural cross-ventilation system that keeps it cool without air conditioning. A travertine brise-soleil filters the morning light, providing a gentle ambiance to enjoy Nosara’s beautiful mornings.
The house includes a marble private pool and a granite terrace furnished with poufs for outdoor relaxation. Bedrooms are equipped with hotel-quality mattresses, open Guanacaste wood closets, desks for remote work, and air conditioning.
A water purification system ensures fresh, drinkable tap water. For those working remotely, fiber optic Wi-Fi is available to stay connected comfortably.

Everything was perfect. Nearby restaurants (LA LUNA IS A MUST), walkable to the beach, easy parking, easy access. The place itself is super clean, modern aesthetic, AC is cold and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Very responsive host! Gave lots of recommendations

C’était un magnifique voyage à Nosara! Une première fois pour nous au Costa Rica et on a été charmé par l’endroit. On a vraiment apprécié le Airbnb! C’était beau, propre et vraiment comme les photos! Coup de cœur pour la douche extérieure dans la chambre des maîtres, la piscine, la balançoire et le coup d’œil à l’arrivée est vraiment magnifique pour se rendre à la porte d’entrée! On entendait les singes et plusieurs oiseaux exotiques! Une belle expérience! Merci à notre hôte qui répondait toujours très vite à nos messages! Nosara est est réel coup de cœur et notre logement a bien contribué! C’était spacieux, dans une rue calme et les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Les hôtes ont été très aidant et répondaient à toutes nos questions rapidement. Tout était super!

The GPS initially told us the home was on the opposite side of the road but the hosts were quick to respond and clarify. Check in was easy, the home was absolutely perfect! Very clean, all the amenities and items you would need. Convenient location to town and walkable to the beach. We enjoyed banana coffees at Sunrise Coffee also in walking distance to the home. The hosts were very kind and responsive. They even washed and folded our personal laundry when requested! Everything was truly so beautiful and the indoor/outdoor shower was so unique & amazing as well. We hope to be back!

AMAZING space! So modern and loved the open windows and greenery. Also host was super responsive, everything was clean and the bathroom was magical. I could’ve slept in there lol. It rained while we were there so it was very peaceful to fall asleep to. 10/10 would love to come back
