The Space
Hefziba is located on the beautiful and peaceful Ometepe Island in Rivas, Nicaragua. We are situated on the outskirts of the town of Moyogalpa, which is a 15-20 minute walk from town or a 5-minute mototaxi ride from the port. Hefziba currently has seven rooms available for booking. This listing is for Room 2.

Please note that we do not have hot water showers. WiFi is available, but the connection may not always be strong, so please keep this in mind if you plan to work during your stay.
We kindly ask that you respect our property, including rooms and appliances. We reserve the right to charge for any damages to cover repairs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
During Your Stay
Although I spend a lot of time on Ometepe, this is not my permanent home. It belongs to my grandmother, who you might get to meet if she is not in the capital city of Managua. My cousin Augustin lives here permanently and will always be available on-site, along with the help of an on-call translator.
My family on the island does not speak English, which is where I assist with reservations and communication with guests to ensure a smooth reservation and stay. This is truly a family effort, and we hope you appreciate all the work that goes into making you feel at home.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The outdoor environment is quiet and spacious with the beautiful pool. Loved our stay. The only downside is that it lacks utensils and others to cook in the shared kitchen. I really recommend this place, the hosts are really kind and caring.

Clean room, nice garden to stay. Service very helpfull. I would return again, I recommend it. Breakfast, pleasant but very little and not very varied.

It is a very comfortable place, quiet and clean. The staff is super friendly and they also recommend places, options to visit, help you with transportation and so on.

We were very pleased with our stay at Cyanthia's place. The room was clean and with air conditioning. The kitchen was a little sporadically equipped, but it was definitely enough. Breakfast was very tasty and everyone was very kind. We were able to rent two scooters without any problems and even got a short drive:D The only downside was that we found that the gates were closed off the premises at night and we didn't have a key to leave it on our own. That might have been nice to know.

Very nice accommodation near two beaches, which are 10 or 15 minutes away. There is a very well maintained pool with plenty of space to relax and unwind. In a large kitchen outdoor you can cook. Groceries are best from Rivas or San Jose, although there is a grocery store nearby. The one is very expensive though

Clean, beautiful accommodation. Great value for money. Breakfast very rich and the staff and present are always very helpful and can organize practically everything.
