The property is managed by a company and communication was generally polite, with quick responses. However, the information regarding additional charges during high season was not clearly explained upfront, which caused confusion. When we raised this concern, there was little flexibility, despite the fact that we were understanding when the property was not ready at the agreed check-in time and cleaning took several extra hours to be completed. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but clearer pricing transparency and more flexibility in handling issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

We had a great time as a family, although the place lacks maintenance in some areas, we had some problems, the water drain in the shower of one of the rooms was clogged and the water was stuck, they helped us and a plumber came, but if you rent a place that says it is a tropical luxury, things like that should not happen. We ran out of gas in the kitchen and in the bbq, they helped to solve it, but if you are going to receive guests you should have all this covered, the house is nice but there are areas that are not as shown in the photos, the furniture of the bbq and the umbrellas of the pool area are not so nice. The ladies who helped during the stay, the days they provided the service was excellent. Edilma and Paola, friendly, cooked delicious food, very attentive.

Excellent option to spend some time with friends and family. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and the condominium is very nice for a walk or a sport. The space is just like the photographs. We really liked that it's Pet Friendly, which allowed us to share with the furry family. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

The ensemble is a safe place, where you'll find everyone you need for rest and recreation. The house is comfortable, open with a lot of spaces to share, the rooms are spacious and the whole house is very well equipped. The ladies who provide the service of food and toilet in addition to cooking delicious and keeping the house very clean. We had a very nice stay.
