The accommodation has an excellent location, with good restaurants and places of interest nearby. It's a pleasant and walkable area, which makes it much easier to get around and enjoy Bogota's nice weather. We would stay there again.

i’ve stayed in this building several times very friendly. Very safe area. Everything was in a five minute walk. Highly recommended each the rooms are unique and it’s very quiet.

No flexibility at all both for check in and check out, most of cooking cookers were worn out, fry pan teflon totally gone, the bathroom showers were so painful as the water amount was so little with no pressure and you have to wait too much to get some hot water , one of the rooms have a bath tube in à place that is not practical inside the room and can’t be used as you open the showers that make a mess in the middle of the room, practically that room shower is unusable. Best of the apartment is location other than that I wouldn’t recommend to a friend as pretty much all inside the apartment is very old and need to be refresh to provide a comfy stay.

Great apartment in a very walkable location, close to restaurants, Starbucks, a nice mall, etc. Kitchen could have had a few more items (larger cooking pots, clean dish sponge, etc.; but not everyone cooks in their Airbnb) 😀 Would have been nice to have a turnable deadbolt on the inside of the entry door. While digital locks are great for Airbnb mgt, they are easy to hack and, often, several non-guests have access. Overall, a great stay!

The apartment is super spacious, very beautiful and complete. The location is perfect with many places available to make your stay more pleasant. I was just surprised by the list in the kitchen next to the washing machine, with many requirements that I had never seen in any other Airbnb. But I definitely recommend it, and the hosts were very attentive the whole time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Guaiba. The location was great, easy access to restaurants and shops. Communication and instructions were clear. We enjoyed the delicious coffee and snacks provided. The loft has multiple rooms and bathrooms, just as described. Lots of kitchen and living room space if you chose to stay in. If you are sensitive to noise, since the apartment is on a busy street, bring some earplugs. Overall a very good experience.
