I can’t say enough great things about this place and our host! It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, responding quickly to any questions. It’s clear she genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great time in Jaco. I liked Yessica's place a great deal. The apartment was cozy, new and in a great peaceful location in Jaco. You will be hard pressed to find a better place. However, we did encounter some issues. It was hard to get in because the security guards dd not have my name as a registered guest. So it took a while to be able to check in. In addition, we decided to stay another day and paid for it, but we were still locked out of the apartment the morning of our extra day. It was hard to locate Yessica to get a new code because she was not available to answer our calls. It took two hours to finally locate and communicate her and Jaco is a very hot place. In any case, I would still recommend her place.

I’ve stayed in other units in Lapa Living and Yessica’s place is the best by far. Actually had a friend from the area come by and they said it was much nicer than the other units I’ve stayed in within Lapa Living. Jessica is extremely attentive and prompt with any issue that may arise. It’s a very nice place and for me being on the 3rd (top) floor of this complex is best with a bit of a view. The best Soda in town is right across the street. A little convenient store and an awesome fruit stand is right across the street too. Just a good place in Jaco off the main strip just enough to be away from all the noise but still close to walk into town. I’ve now stayed in Yessicas place 2x and I’ll stay again when I come back. Super safe and very chill place with a nice pool. Highly reccomend!
