Lovely mondern condo with access to private quiet beach, and amazing rooftop patio with infinity pool. Home was much more spacious that anticipated with stunning views from every room. Tastefully decorated with local made art.

The condo was exactly as described and very, very nice. If there is a nicer place to stay on Placencia, we never saw it. I truly believe this is the nicest. Placencia itself is not what we expected at all. If you’re looking for a typical beach/resort experience like you would find in Mexico, Cayman Islands, or Jamaica this isn’t it. There are no large resorts here, and you are mixed in with the locals (who are extremely kind!) Don’t expect to spend time on the beach. There is quite a bit of trash and very limited beach. There are some hidden gems you must visit though! Mariposa was a favorite spot of ours to spend the day and eat/drink. Le Dolce Vite has amazing Italian food! The frozen banana drink there is so fresh! The four cheese dish was delicious! The Monkey River tour is definitely something to experience, the wildlife is abundant. The little village will feed you and you can find neat trinkets they made themselves. They rely entirely on fishing and tourism, so bring some money with you!

Gecko properties age always were maintained, beautiful and have everything you could need. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

This place was absolutely breathtaking.Beautiful location. The view was amazing from both sides, the house was very clean and well decorated. Great location for fishing

Un endroit de rêve. La vue côté lagon et côté océan à couper le souffle. Le coucher de soleil sur le toit bien installés dans un beau mobilier au bord de la piscine. Le bbq et les équipements sur le sundeck permettent de se rassembler au besoin. Ou encore d’en profiter chacun dans son coin tellement l’aménagement est bien pensé. Dans le Condo il ne manque absolument rien. La déco est parfaite.la localisation de l’appartement permet d’aller au restaurant ou encore de faire ses courses très aisément. A conseiller
