Casa Ballena

Overview

Escape to an ocean-view villa in Punta Ballena for up to eight guests. Casa Ballena features a private pool, hot tub, golf cart, private beach-club access, and access to Esperanza resort amenities. The Space

Casa Ballena is a light-filled, single-level hacienda-style home designed to accommodate up to eight guests. A stone-paved pathway, surrounded by local vegetation, leads from the estate entrance gate to the main entrance.

The home is thoughtfully divided into two wings:

• Two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and spacious full bathroom with a bathtub.
• A third bedroom with a king-size bed.
• A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
• The primary master bedroom opens onto the garden and a shaded outdoor area overlooking the pool, horizon, and sea.
• Two indoor parking spaces with direct access to the entrance pathway.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a generous island, surrounding countertops, and three beautifully framed windows decorated with traditional handmade tiles.
• A half bathroom serving the common areas, accessible from the domed entrance hall.

At the center of the home, the family room and dining area open directly onto the gardens and swimming pool. This comfortable space includes a fireplace, a dining table, and a living room area with seating for all guests.

Outdoor Areas

The landscaped grounds feature several shaded areas, including an outdoor dining zone. The large, wave-shaped infinity-style pool includes a heated hot tub on the right side and flows into a smaller, lower-level swimming area.

Palm trees and other locally grown vegetation surround the property, along with sun loungers and additional seating areas for relaxation.

Design and Architecture

The residence combines burgundy and pink marble, vibrant handmade tiles, aged wood furnishings and cabinetry, and green-toned, textured lighting fixtures and hardware.

The interior design was created by Geneva Clark, while the architecture was developed by the renowned Mexico City atelier of Javier McAvoy.

Guest Access

Guests have access to:

• The entire villa, including all interior spaces, the private pool and terrace, grill, laundry facilities, gated parking, fast Wi-Fi, and whole-home air conditioning
• A golf cart for licensed adult drivers only; a waiver and deposit may apply
• Private beach-club lounges and pool areas, subject to operating hours and capacity
• Esperanza resort amenities, including beach-club areas, resort pools, fitness center, tennis, and pickleball
• Resort dining and spa services by reservation; fees may apply
• The XCLUSIV Welcome Package for stays of five or more nights, including airport pickup, chef-prepared welcome snacks, and margaritas

Locked owner closets and utility rooms are off-limits. Unregistered guests are not permitted at the resort or beach club.

All amenities are subject to resort and homeowners' association rules, availability, capacity limits, and holiday or event blackouts. Some amenities require reservations and/or day-use fees.
