The Space
Casa Millor accommodates up to 12 people. The base price is the same for groups of 1 to 8 guests. For groups of 9 to 12 guests, the rate increases by $50 per additional person.
The home offers views throughout the property, from the bedrooms and upper balcony to the poolside hammocks. Guests can watch birds and monkeys in the surrounding lush forest, relax indoors, swim in the 10-meter pool, or access the beach directly from the property.

Daily cleaning is included.
The housekeeper can also provide kitchen assistance for a small fee paid directly to her. This service is available according to the guests’ instructions.

We made a last minute family trio, everyone loved the house , and the pool, bbq , the rooms are huge and fully equipped with AC. The sunsets are spectacular and the area of the beach is located in Marsella makes it feel like you have the beach to yourself . The house is really accommodating for large groups you’ll struggle to choose a hanging area from the many spaces of the house, the only down side were the mosquitoes, but that’s unavoidable in these months of the year (sept-Oct) do bring enough repellent. Pro tip: ask the lady of the house for the closest pulperia is a lot closer than going to town and they have all the basics if you forget something.

An incredible place, just as described. Ricardo, the host, explains everything and is always attentive. Massiel, the person who welcomes guests and cleans, is very friendly and attentive to any request. Honestly, we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Our stay at Casa Milor in Playa Marsella was excellent. The place is very nice, quiet and cozy, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and the natural surroundings. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the service was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for those looking to spend a few pleasant days by the sea.

I went with my family to celebrate my birthday, and we all had an excellent time. With the new Costanera highway, access is super easy. The house is very comfortable and clean, and it has everything you need. The hospitality is excellent, and the beach is beautiful.

This place is fantastic. Private, comfortable, beautiful scenery and the kitchen had everything. The beds were comfortable, AC's in the rooms kept us cool at night. Drinking water was provided during the stay. My group was two families, 4 adults, 4 kids. All of us loved the howler monkeys near the property and looked forward to the drive in and out seeing all of the Halloween moon crabs, birds and monkeys. The house keepers are very helpful-wonderful people. We would definitely stay here again. Ricardo was prompt to contact us about our arrival time and assisted in the final navigation so we were able to arrive without confusion. We would all love to stay here again. Wonderful home. Wonderful staff. Wonderful host/owner.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. The location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time here. The hosts were friendly and made everything easy. A couple of tips for future guests: bring water shoes or beach shoes, as they make it much easier to walk in the water and along the shoreline. Also, don’t forget insect repellent to help protect yourself from mosquitoes, especially in the evening. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!
