The condo is beautiful and the AWA complex is really amazing. Enormous gorgeous pool, swim up bar, pickleball court, well equipped fitness center, rooftop pool with areas where you can have a luncheon or enjoy a cocktail with friends in the evening, and all very secure. The entire neighborhood, Playacar, is nice for walking, come dining, and some services, and it is secure as well. We stayed for 10 days last year and 10 days again this year, bringing together a bunch of family from all over. Will do it again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is beautiful!! The apartment is clean, well-decorated, beautiful and comfortable and the hosts were kind and helpful . We will definitely recommend our friends to come here! Thank you for everything!

La casa esta muy bien y el condominio también, la piscina llena de vegetación es espectacular. El único problema ha sido el acceso, sin QR no entrabas y ese QR no se envió automáticamente pese a que se decía que a las 15 horas se hacia. Faltaban dos pulseras necesarias y pese a solicitarlas no nos las dieron.

El lugar es cómodo, espacioso y limpio. Perfecto para planes en familia y se ubica cerca a la alberca pero no demasiado. Muy buena ubicación. Lo único que nos hizo falta fue entender el funcionamiento del complejo, las instrucciones no fueron claras y tuvimos que ir descubriendo.

We unfortunately had quite a few issues with MayanKey. When we checked in, there was someone still cleaning the place for an hour and a half. After they left, we noticed that they were many things that were not clean and the place smelled like burnt popcorn. The apartment description mentioned seven beds, but the apartment only had five. One of the kitchen cupboard doors came off, and there was dripping water in the queen bedroom on the first floor and lights in another bedroom that worked intermittently. Several door handles were very loose and about to come off as well. When we reached out to them, they finally sent somebody the next day, but a number of the issues were never fixed. They also locked us out of the place accidentally because they switched the door handle for the condo (not one of the issues we had mentioned) and forgot to provide the correct key to get back in. We wound up leaving for another place in Playa Del Carmen two days early. The second place was great.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The space felt very comfortable and inviting, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. From the cozy furniture to the overall layout, it was clear that attention had been paid to the design and comfort of the place. We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious and perfect for our group of 8. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to both the beach and Quinta Avenida. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely love to come back!

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en AWA Playa del Carmen. El lugar es muy lindo, moderno y estaba impecablemente limpio. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia; todo fue tal como se muestra en las fotos. ¡Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme ahí!
