La primera planta cuenta con una suite con dormitorio y cama king, la sala, el comedor, el baño social y la cocina. La segunda planta tiene dos suites adicionales con dormitorio, cada una con dos camas individuales que pueden configurarse como cama matrimonial, además de una cama nido extraíble con colchón de grosor completo.
La villa se encuentra dentro de Casa del Santisimo, un complejo de lujo de seis villas en uno de los mejores vecindarios de la Ciudad Antigua. El complejo ofrece seguridad las 24 horas, una piscina compartida tipo chapoteadero en el patio y un amplio patio frondoso lleno de vegetación tropical.
La ubicación le permite estar cerca de los restaurantes, bares y tiendas de la Ciudad Antigua.
Limpieza
La tarifa de limpieza cubre la limpieza al finalizar la estadía. Los huéspedes que se queden más de cuatro días reciben servicio de limpieza cada tercer día. Hay servicios adicionales disponibles a la carta.

Acceso de los huéspedes
Los huéspedes reciben una llave de la villa, pero no de la entrada del complejo desde la calle. Hay un portero disponible las 24 horas del día para brindar acceso al complejo.

No se otorgarán reembolsos debido al ruido.
- Las cerraduras de las puertas son cerraduras de seguridad, por lo que no se pueden duplicar las llaves. Si se pierden las llaves, se deberá reemplazar toda la cerradura y el costo del reemplazo se cobrará al huésped.

This Airbnb is perfect if traveling with young children! The jacuzzi is on the terrace and you can easily lock the terrace to prevent kids from unsafely entering. It’s spacious and the decor is children safe where I wasn’t worried about my toddler breaking something. The location is perfect to walk anywhere or hop in a quick taxi for further locations. The staff are kind and very responsive. It was a dream spot for our vacation in Cartagena!

I had a wonderful stay at Monica’s Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The property also had great security, which made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Monica and her co-host, Maryem, were both amazing. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, and accommodating. Communication was excellent, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had everything I needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Monica and Maryem to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience and for being such thoughtful hosts!

We were able to check in before the scheduled time, and they kindly helped us with our bags since it was on the second floor. Very kind, he offered to give us some arepas de huevo because we were leaving very early the next day. The detail is very much appreciated.

Monica's apartment is a nice apartment, well located and quiet. Monica kindly agreed to let our daughter check in earlier. But the apartment is poorly maintained and would need renovations, and the cleaning upon arrival was mediocre. Checkout went badly. An employee came and told us that everything was okay, but afterwards Monica wanted us to pay a cleaning fee. I recommend taking photos when you leave.

the house was exactly as described. We definition enjoyed the commercial-level AC every time we were stepping back in the house. the location is prime and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit tight around the bed space. top of the line washer/dryer. we asked for a baby bathtub and although they did not have they bought some kind of container that could be used as a baby bathtub. they gave it to us the next day.

Excellent place and the best staff! We didn't need taxis or Ubers because everything was close by. I loved that Monica put me in touch with people who offer transportation options and activities. 100% recommended.

Wonderful! Monica’s place is very beautiful and comfortable, and the location can’t be beat. We traveled with our baby — the apartment was great for our family. It had all the amenities and services one needs traveling with a little one. Appreciated Monica recommending a concierge service that found a van with a car seat.

Beautiful place with private dipping pool. Great WIFI (our kids had to work some). Feels like hotel with Maryem greeting us and bringing coffee and laundry detergent (kids come with dirty clothes 🤣). 24/7 doorman Gustavo is so sweet and makes it super safe. We subsequently stayed at 2 other Airbnb in Cartagena, but this on is top. We give it SIX ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
