The house is beautiful, as are the garden and the pools. Very quiet. The only thing missing was cleaning in the bathroom in the barbecue area, and there were also some beer cans lying around the garden. Everything else was fine. The house is very clean.

Beautiful place would definitely stay here again. The private pool in our villa was a highlight of the place. You will definitely need to arrange prior transportation as it is far from downtown but that is one of the perks of the establishment as it makes it more peaceful and relaxing. The host were incredible and super responsive.

Mitch was a very welcoming host and was very helpful, with easy communication. However, we would have appreciated it if the exteriors had been better maintained (swimming pool not clean, trash around the houses, etc.). The accommodation is far from everything; you have to get around by taxi.

The Villa with Sea View was spectacular! It was off the beaten path so it was quiet and very relaxing, but it also had a few restaurants in walking distance. The villa came equipped with everything we needed. We loved that we had 3 bathrooms, and plenty of room for all 3 kids to find a place to be, as well as a relaxing balcony with a hammock and a beautiful patio with a private pool that came into the dining room. We were amazed to find the pool had lap lanes as well as places for the kids to play. There were fans in all rooms, and air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, which was exactly what we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Isla. It was safe, private and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

This Air BnB is in a nice area of the island, it is fairly quiet, the staff were LOVELY and the pool and grounds are nice. The property itself is a bit tired. The pools have a lot of tiles missing, the tiles are all over the property. The kitchen could use more/better things for cooking. The shower in the primary bathroom shot water EVERYWHERE. The upstairs layout is weird - make sure you understand it! The mgmt company responded fairly quickly, but generally unhelpfully. The internet did not work the whole time, they just gave us the passwords to other units, no one came to fix it. They were unhelpful at check in and the power outage (we had formula in the fridge, it was out for 7 hours). It took us 4 days to get another knife (still not sharp), and they weirdly sent a picture (not even from our unit) of the drawer of utensils with knives dated the day we checked in, as if to say we were taking the knives? Altogether okay, but had higher expectations for helpfulness than received.

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely come back. The place was exactly as advertised, everything matched the photos, which is always a great feeling when you arrive. The balcony view of the ocean was gorgeous and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax. The mid-island location was perfect for us. It was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but still close enough to get anywhere easily, especially with a golf cart, which made this place an ideal home base for the week. A huge bonus was the two restaurants right at the end of the driveway. Both were fantastic, and we ended up having some of our best breakfasts at Mayakita-highly recommend. The nearby beaches were great for laying out and enjoying a beach day. While the water is a bit rocky and rough in spots, it’s perfect for snorkeling, shell hunting, and checking out fish. The beautiful calm but busy beaches on the north end, were only a short golf cart trip away. Overall, excellent Stay!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU STAY HERE We stayed here with our 9 month old baby and had a great time. The staff that took care of the property were amazing! They were there everyday cleaning, doing landscaping, cleaning the pool, etc… The staff even went above and beyond and gave us fresh coconuts. The female staff were even kind enough to hold our baby while we carried our luggage inside. The only issues we had while staying there was that the address they provided was not accurate. But the pin location is correct so it’s best to just show the cab driver the pin and not the written address. The other issues we had were that the wifi did not work, we only had hot water 4/8 days, and when we messaged the host about fixing issues we got automatic generic text back. For example, there were no batteries in the AC remote so we could turn it off/on. We messaged the hosts about this and all they said was they would notify their team. But nothing was done about the batteries.
