Beautiful place in an excellent location. Hosts very friendly and eager to be helpful without being intrusive. Unfortunately construction in the adjacent lot was extremely loud. Hosts did their best to ask for ways to lesson the noise but hosts had no real control over it, not their fault but definitely disturbed the peacefulness of the Villa. Hopefully once the construction (of a house) is complete serenity will be restored.

A great deal. Close to the beach, small groceries, restaurants, and activities. The hosts were available, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The pool area was great to hang out at after a day at the beach.

The 3-bedroom unit was perfect for my family of 5. It is laid out nicely and clean. The location is great and we had a wonderful time surfing, wandering the beautiful beach, and eating. Alexandre was very helpful and a great communicator. I would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed the stay, the place is very central and close to the beaches. It doesn't have a private park, it was the only thing that was scary for the car.

Alexandre and Lidia are great hosts; friendly and responsive. Their presence on the property helped create a lovely sense of community among the guests. I’d recommend this to anyone: families with young children; couples looking for a more authentic Costa Rican surf scene; older visitors like myself who value safety, community; and ease in choosing a vacation spot

We loved staying here. The pool was cool, clean, shaded and very refreshing. Adjacent to the pool was T he common area with grill and outdoor dining which was a great place to grill our fresh caught tuna. It’s an easy walk to Playa Grande beaches, and just a bit further to Playa Ventana, a gorgeous, quiet beach with very few people. The Villa was spacious and had very comfy beds, excellent appliances and everything you needed to cook your meals. We also enjoyed the covered porch sitting area. Host was accessible, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!!!

Very grateful for the attention provided and kindness, the place is comfortable, clean and very nice is super close to the beach and close to delicious restaurants 😋
