The Space

Omega 2 is a modern two-bedroom condo with a private, covered terrace overlooking Potrero Bay and the lush greenery surrounding Playa Flamingo.

Set atop a coastal bluff, the condo offers exceptional views and added privacy for a peaceful, relaxing getaway on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast.

Recently renovated, the condo features minimalist coastal décor and a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The stylish living room includes:

• Plush sofa and recliner
• Matching glass-top coffee and end tables
• Flat-screen television
• Sliding glass door leading to the covered terrace
• Picturesque ocean views

The renovated kitchen combines high-end wood cabinetry and drawers with granite countertops, a decorative tile backsplash, and quality stainless steel appliances, including:

• Stovetop
• Oven
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Refrigerator
• Freezer

A four-seat dining table is positioned between the living room and kitchen.

Each bedroom includes a double bed and ample storage. The primary bedroom also has a Juliet balcony with stunning ocean views. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. The condo accommodates up to four guests.

Guests can enjoy the shared infinity pool overlooking the ocean and lush tropical foliage of Playa Flamingo. The sandy shores of Playa Potrero are also a short drive away. Street parking is available, but parking is not provided within the complex.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Furry friends are welcome at Omega 2. Before booking, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size, with a maximum weight of 35 pounds. A recent photo is required.

The following fees and guidelines apply:

• Refundable pet fee of $200 per stay
• Additional cleaning fee of $50 plus 13% per pet
• Maximum of two pets per reservation
• Pets must remain on a leash in all public areas within the property grounds
• Pets must be verified at least 24 hours before check-in
• Certain properties and complexes may have additional rules and registration requirements

If guests arrive with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any resulting damage. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property. Contact us with any questions about the pet policy.

Location and Nearby Activities

Located atop a coastal bluff with ocean views, Omega 2 offers a peaceful setting in Guanacaste while remaining close to the area’s attractions. The condo is within walking distance of shopping, nightlife, and dining in the upscale resort town of Flamingo.

Playa Flamingo is also a short walk or drive away. The beach is known for its soft white sand, sparkling waters, and activities such as snorkeling and diving. At the nearby Flamingo Marina, guests can arrange fishing charters and sailing tours.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome basket from Special Places of Costa Rica containing:

• Other essential supplies

The basket also includes a bottle of Salsa Lizano, a traditional Costa Rican sauce that adds local flavor to meals.
