The house consists of two floors, each with three bedrooms. This listing is for the middle floor, which includes:

Each floor has its own parking, balcony, and door, with the pool located on the bottom floor shared between both levels. The bottom floor, which is actually the second floor, includes the pool, picnic area, and a shower bathroom by the pool.

The entire five-story house is also available for rent. All floors have private parking and entrances, while the pool, picnic area, and poolside bathroom are communal.
