A perfect place to relax, family-friendly and quiet; good location and facilities, but it would be a little better if they improved their furniture so that you really feel like you're in a PH. From there on out, everything was perfect.

This place is amazing. Just like the pictures. Very spacious for a group of 10 with soundproof bedrooms. Had a few hiccups with the plumbing but it was taking care of right away. The only complaint we have is the wifi was turned off a couple hours before check out and the place could’ve used more cleaning supplies to maintain the cleanliness during our stay. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children . A beautiful, large balcony where we could sit outside to eat our meals. Very comfortable beds. Ample dishes in kitchen for our family of 11. Host is very responsive- we had a couple of very minor issues and they were taken care of quickly. The property has multiple pools- different temperatures -and a large hot tub. Beautiful beach. Staff on-site enforces rules very diligently (floatables only in one designated pool, cannot leave belongings unattended for more than 30 minutes etc). Groceries are a short taxi ride away. La Comer very good- 20 minute walk. Also an OXXO and small store within walking distance for incidentals. The restaurant and pool restaurant just taken over by a new group. Restaurant was not open and pool restaurant was still getting some issues worked out. Not an issue for us.
