Amazing stay at this property! The pre-arrival info and prep provided by Barbara was top notch, helping to connect us to tour providers, cart companies, insider info, etc. Jason was waiting for us to check in and gave us a brief tour which was an amazing change of pace from the many other Airbnb experiences where we couldn’t get into the property for hours. Both Barbara and Jason were available and responsive to our general questions about the island also. Jason’s daughter even shared her pool floaty unicorn with us! Can’t recommend this place enough!

What a spectacular location! We absolutely loved our trip here with our friends and family. Far enough away from town to feel completely private and quiet, but easy golf cart ride anytime you need anything. Barbara communicated well and was very quick to respond. Jason, the concierge, is so nice and also very responsive. We'll be back!!!

Amazing stay—perfect for families! Unit B1 was incredible. Being on the ground floor made it easy to walk straight out to the views, pool, hammocks, and porch swing—truly felt like a private oasis. Our family of six took full advantage of every amenity and loved how comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed the space was for relaxing together. The seawall was a huge plus—no sargassum, no smell, and a great waterfront experience all week. We snorkeled and fished off the pier, and even had an excursion pick us up right there—so easy and convenient. Barbara was a fantastic host, helping with travel logistics, immigration tips, and great recommendations before we arrived. Jason was onsite and very responsive during our stay. Everything felt seamless thanks to them. The location is perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet a short golf cart ride to restaurants, activities, and town. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was the best airbnb experience I've had. Onsite concierge/manager Jason was extremely helpful. He was there to show us around when we arrived, helped us book excursions, helped us book taxis/flights to and from the island, help us find restaurants, helped get golf carts rented, and even brought over some toys for our 1 year old to play with. There is a small team of people who provide amenities. We were able to book massages and a family dinner with private chef Marfa. She was great! It was a great multi-generational family spot, and if we ever visit Belize again, we will definitely rebook at Barbara's condo. If you are looking at different Belize spots for a vacation, I can definitely make a case that staying here is worth any price increase, especially if it yours first time on the island like ours.

We had a fantastic time! The place is better than described and pictured. The part that was particularly outstanding was the communication, recommendations and perfect follow through by both Barbara and Jason. Jason is the property manager/concierge and he was more then outstanding. He knows the island and people well and was able to help plan some perfect outings that were made challenging because we were a multi-generational family, grandparents, parents and 2 small children ages 2 and 3 months, but his ideas and arrangements were spot on. Our only regret is we should have stayed longer but we hope to return. Thank you Barb snd Jason we had a great time!

This place is really great. You step directly off your private patio onto the beach and the place is very spacious and has everything you need. It is on the south side of the island away from the main part of town but that just means it is quieter and more peaceful. There are still some restaurants close by. The best part is the helpful staff who give you tons of recommendations and great tips about Belize and the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This villa was perfect for us!! The amazing view of the ocean and the beautiful beach was the perfect place for us to relax and share a very peaceful time with our family!! James and Jason were amazing and were so helpful with anything we needed or had questions about!! We highly recommend this resort for anyone!! It was easy to get into town and many restaurants were super close…. Including one that was right at our dock!! We would love to come back to Belize and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this villa again!!
