Important Notes and Policies

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old, except for children traveling with parents.
• Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 after the first warning. Warnings apply per stay, not per incident.
• Resort common areas such as pools and gyms are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
• Pets are not allowed in The Ritz Carlton or West Enclave common areas unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy limits must be respected according to the contracted number of guests. The renter must disclose the full guest list.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for these fines.
• Construction may occur in the Los Cabos area without notice. While uncontrollable, assistance will be provided if inconveniences arise.
