We had a great stay. Pros: - Just like pictures - Beach/Ocean view is spectacular - Easy walk to all kinds of restaraunt - Pool is cleaned daily and is just lovely - Parking very close to unit - No noise from bars/nightlife - Bedrooms are air conditioned - Never had an issue with mosquitos/bugs at unit - Nicolas is very responsive/helpful Cons: - Close to another unit- not total privacy if that’s important- it did not bother us. - A surf competition judging platform was constructed directly in front of our unit, obstructing about 1/2 the ocean view. Nicolas was proactively flexible on the rate to accommodate the inconvenience. Overall, Nicolas, the unit and our stay in El Tunco were great. The restaurants are excellent and the people are incredibly warm/friendly. The beach and surf are beautiful and the pool was pristine. El Tunco is very clean and safe (as were all areas of El Salvador we visited). We will be back.

Nicolas was one of the best hosts we have experienced. He was very personable and truly wanted our family to have the best experience. He dropped in to meet us and check everything was good, gave great recommendations for cafes and restaurants. We felt right at home. The view from the unit is unreal. We could be in the infinity pool watching the waves and surfers for hours. The little touches did not go unnoticed - fresh ground coffee from an upscale nearby cafe, chocolate and local beers in the fridge! The speaker also was used daily as our family loves music. A return vacation here is on our list. Thanks again Nicolas.

Le logement est tout simplement incroyable. il est encore mieux que sur les photos et il s'agit d'un highlight en soi du voyage. Les lits sont confortables et la propreté est impeccable. La vue et la terrasse sont paradisiaques. Très bien situé dans El tunco.

Was perfect right in front of La Bocana which is a killer wave. The grounds crew was absolutely amazing. The cleaning ladies were on it every single day. Would highly recommend it. Location was perfect just far enough from town that it was peaceful If you wanted that or you could walk and enjoy some fun.

Such a beautiful views. we loved the space in the airbnb and having the infinity with thr beach right in front was awesome! There isnt much privacy because maintenance man is constantly doing yard work and cleaning pools plus close to the other airbnbs on thr property. Everyone was super nice plus El Tunco town was right outside the gate. Loved the little restaurants and walkable town. Will definitely be back.
