3BR Villa in San Pedro

Very accommodating and very helpful with scheduling stuff. He had some issues with the wifi but they were quick to come out and fix the issue. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, slept all 5 of us nicely. The screened in porch was simply beautiful and is where I spent each morning with my coffee and book. No insects whatsoever! The interior of the home was very clean, slight wear and tear and pillows on the bed were not great, but nothing that would prevent me from leaving a really great review. Our family loved it!!

I think having more recommendations for local places to eat. Etc would be awesome. For instance, anyone visiting San Pedro should definitely grab some tacos at Big Taste because it’s a local spot and they were the highlight of our last day (make sure to try the Birria with chimichurri and the chipotle/avocado sauce!)

The space was beautiful. One of the ACs went out towards the end of our trip, things happen. The staff was courteous and hardworking. All was made right in the end. I enjoyed my stay overall. I would recommend this place to those looking.

Tighter space than expected - the ladder is scary at first. But wasn’t as bad toward the end + once we realized it pulls out a bit 😭

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Mahogany Bay and would definitely recommend it! The home was a bit smaller than we expected, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our stay.

One thing to note—the loft room is a little tricky to access, so it might not be ideal for young kids or older adults. Just something to keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements.

We absolutely loved spending time at the pool club. The food and service there were amazing! It is a bit on the pricier side, but we enjoyed it so much that we found ourselves going almost every morning. We also really enjoyed the Farmhouse Café on the property—it was perfect for grabbing coffee, sandwiches, and even a few groceries.

Gabby was great to work with—she recommended a golf cart company that we used and a catamaran for a half-day snorkel, both of which we really enjoyed and would recommend.

Great spot for my family of five. Our boys loved the loft bedroom. The covered porch was great place to enjoy our morning coffee. We loved the privacy of the location. It is too far to walk to most amenities in San Pedro, I recommend renting a golf cart for your stay.

The Airbnb was perfect for 4 guest. We all had enough space and were able to enjoy ourselves. I definitely would love to book this property again when I return to San Pedro.

We lived the space so much, bright and clean. All the amenities were great. Property was maintained well outside. Everyone working was so gracious and helpful. We loved the shops, pool club and coffee shops on site.

We absolutely loved our stay at MMB Rentals! It was such a great bang for the buck — way more space than I even expected from the listing. The place was spotless, smelled amazing when we walked in, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There was a sun porch that was perfect for relaxing, and having a pool on the property was a huge plus. The house was stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels, which I always pay attention to with Airbnbs, and they definitely exceeded expectations here.

The best part? A working washer and dryer! That’s such a bonus when you’re traveling — I came home with clean clothes after vacation, which never happens.

The overall atmosphere was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Belize! ☀️🇧🇿🏡

Excellent host. Location is South of town so its a bit more calm. Only improvement would be giving a unit number or something to help find the place better

Money well spent. A home away from home

The rented house was great and equipped to a high standard. There was really nothing missing. The air conditioning all worked and the space was more than sufficient for 4 people.

The stay at M&B Luxury Rental is was very enjoyable. The host was very responsive and made sure that everything went as planned.
