4BR Villa in Playa Langosta

Lovely house, location, and communication from the owners. The house is in close enough proximity to town for everything you need, while still feeling someone isolated and private. The property itself is gorgeous! We had an incredible time.

Excellent, the house is a bit old and looks better in the photos, but it is well maintained. The room is an open-plan room.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Casa Salita! We felt so lucky to have found it, the space was exactly as pictured, the backyard was SPECTACULAR! A pretty easy walk or run to the beach. The hosts were great communicators, overall a great stay! We will definitely come back!

This charming older beach house had all the comforts we needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook meals at home, and the pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. One of our favorite moments was seeing monkeys while we were swimming in the pool! The property feels very private, yet the location is ideal. It’s a short walk to Playa Langosta, which ended up being our favorite beach, and you can also easily walk into town or over to Tamarindo Beach. We highly recommend renting a golf cart—it made getting around easy and added a lot of fun to the trip. The hosts were great—very responsive, helpful, and excellent communicators. They were always available if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the very beginning, Kenneth and Julieth were incredibly responsive to all of my messages and questions, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We traveled with two toddlers, and they truly went out of their way to help us by providing additional essentials for our little one. That extra care meant so much to us. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect: walkable to town and the beaches, yet quiet enough to fully unwind. The outdoor space was a huge highlight for us. We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining area, and the grill. It was the perfect setup for family evenings. We would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Salita! Our 4 kids loved having the pool, and I loved the shaded area above it to protect them from the sun! Waking up to the sound of the wind in the trees, the birds singing and monkeys howling was one of our favorite parts! It was so peaceful! We loved sitting out on the porch with our coffee every morning! And the beds were all extremely comfortable! One of the things we appreciated the most was how communicative and helpful Julieth and Kenneth were. The services they provided (providing us with a stocked fridge upon arrival and booking excursions for us) were amazing and made our quick stay in Tamarindo an absolute pleasure! When I was having trouble booking us a table for dinner the day of our arrival, Julieth totally took care of it for us! The location is perfect; it felt private while still being so walkable! Beautiful, easy access to the beach as well! Thank you so much for such an amazing time! We fell in love with Costa Rica!

Casa Salita was a great spot for our visit to Tamarindo area. We were a group of 9 including our kids and grandkids. The outside area was the highlight for sure where the kids played in the pool and we had bbq dinners and played games into the evening. On two evenings we had visits from two different types of monkeys in the trees surrounding the yard. The location was great for beach access and walking easily into Tamarindo town for shopping, beach play or dining. My only negative I would say is that the house wasn’t as large as I was expecting comparing to the photos and that because the house is an older tradition home it was a bit more rustic than I had expected. Ultimately it was a very enjoyable stay and we were very comfortable there. Thanks Kenneth for organizing our groceries as well, it was really great to have everything there and ready to go for our first dinner and breakfast the next morning.

Fantastic house and excellent service from the hosts. Incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions you might have. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue were especially appreciated. Can highly recommend - the place is magical.
