Beautiful Airbnb! Floor-to-ceiling windows with the most beautiful views of the beach, ocean, pool, and palm trees. It was our first time in Playa del Carmen, and I am so happy we found this Airbnb. The location is perfect. There are so many great restaurants and shops close by. 5th Ave was within walking distance. It felt safe, and the surrounding areas were clean. We can't wait to plan our next trip!

My husband and I booked this two bedroom condo very easily. It was exactly as pictured on the website.. communication was excellent. Location excellent walking distance to anything we wanted to go to. We felt safe when walking about even at night. Everyone was very cordial at the elements complex. The pool was amazing easy walk across the street to the beach club. Small but private area. . It was very busy on the Sunday afternoon we arrived but Monday through Thursday. The next four days was very quiet and as if we had our own private paradise. we did use the beach bar on one occasion for drinks and nachos which were very good. Everything was kept up clean and even had an additional security watchman that was very friendly. Convenient and a nice addition was Miguel who was our own personal concierge during our stay and helped us with several things, general directions agave us a few good restaurants to go to and confirmed our return transportation to the airport. The place was as nice if not nicer than the pictures I saw. The view from the balcony’s was impeccable. We had such a great time. The location was one of the best if not THE best in playa del carmen, with private beach right across the building, police station and all the nice restaurants and Avenues you want to see at walking distance. There is no other place I would book if I go to Playa del Carmen. Its was absolutely a GREAT stay. Highly recommended to everyone. The description “ Flawless penthouse “ is accurate. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elements condominium and this apartment. We evaluated MANY different Airbnb’s for our vacation and we are so happy we chose this one! Being on the top floor, we got great natural light, and the top flow with plunge pool was super clutch. Gave us some personal space to hang out. The other big wins for Elements as a recommendation was 1) the pristine beach club that was private with food/drink service, and 2) the great location near 5th Ave and also 38th street restaurants while also being very quiet and away from party zone. Note that there is some music noise from a local beach club in the evening, but it didn’t bother us too much.

Place is exactly as described. Great location and view. Easy walk to beach to 5th Ave with all the shop and restaurants. There is a dayclub nearby and you can hear the music faintly on certain days, but it didn't really bother me. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was an amazing place so spacious with everything you could want Definitely a home away from home and we were treated so good by staff and everyone. Miguel is outstanding and helped out so much we would come back here over and over again!!!

A lovely apartment which looks like the listing. Parking is easy - the place has its own bays. Communication with Miguel was very good; he even dropped by one day to check that all was OK. Wristbands provide access to the beach club area.

Loved our time in this condo! Great location and amenities. Great communication and even set up various excursions for us.
