Beautiful Beachfront Property for 30 Guests!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Hermosa Beach House in Costa Rica. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Julie, the owner and our wedding planner, did an outstanding job. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and our wedding turned out better than we could have imagined. Her attention to detail and care truly made the experience unforgettable. Wilbert and Juan were also amazing throughout our stay. They were always available to help with anything we needed—whether it was coordinating adventures, transportation, or just making sure our group was taken care of. Their hospitality really stood out. The entire staff deserves recognition as well—the security team, housekeeping, and cooks were all fantastic. Updated photos would be good as no Blackstone but a smaller gas grill was available. 3 stoves 5 fridge w/freezers and 4 microwaves were there to use. Some of the pots and pans could use any update but still able to cook a meal for 17 people . High praises for Orlando, Wilbur, April and Juan as well as housekeeping. They were amazing, so very helpful and always friendly. We always had clean pool towels and the pool was a hit with all 17 of us! Coffee each morning, at 5:30 am so you can watch sunrise and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The kids loved the pool which Orlando had cleaned and ready daily by 7 am! The pool table was a hit and being in a room with air a bathroom and fridge was so convenient. A bigger table in there would be nice to play games. We rented the entire beach house for 10 nights, no one wanted to go home. Seating outside on the 3rd fl balcony but sadly none of the sliders opened. You couldn’t be any closer to the water, it’s amazing! I would recommend

We found areas where maintenance and upkeep was lacking. The pool was losing tiles so the little children cut their feet on the loose tiles. The ceiling falling in could have been a real issue if one of the kids were sleeping or in the room. I was told they had fixed an air conditioner above that bedroom but it had continued to leak. We could have easily moved them to another room.

Book it NOW, it’s absolute paradise! This was seriously the perfect spot for our big family get-together. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a large group. There is enough shared space while also maintaining privacy for everyone. The giant pool was a hit with all the kids. Every worker we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!

the location is really perfect. Not only is it right on the beach, but it has several restaurants within walking distance. It has decent pizza close by. It has pretty good empanadas that you can walk to. It has a really great Sushi restaurant you can walk to. It has a Texas BBQ place that we didnt try....because we eat BBQ alot, and we're from Texas. The pool is great and the beach is simply gorgeous. Our host, Wilber, was first class....but his daughter, Abril, was great as well. Juan was another one of the guys who worked as a host, and he is super helpful. Orlando works the pool and he was always super nice and helpful. Our chefs were great. We had a chef for breakfast alomost every morning, as well as several night meals. the boutique hotel is nice and accomodating...plenty of AC if that's what you like. You dont spend anytiime inside, so it wasn't that relevant to us. We would/will take a large group back. Julie, the owner was also very helpful on the front end

We stayed at Hermosa Beach House for our wedding and had an incredible time. Julie and her team made us feel right at home, helped with any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make our wedding feel like a fairytale. To say our wedding was perfect would be an understatement; we can’t put into words how much we appreciate the effort she put into making our special day incredible. All 26 of our guests enjoyed themselves, and said they would love to come back one day. We can’t recommend Julie and her properties enough!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with a large group of 25 people, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hosts were exceptionally great incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything making us all feel at home.

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning, the location and concierge service was impeccable and they catered to our every need! A+ service and everything was exactly as described. Great to wake up to beautiful ocean views and sounds of nature, but please be very mindful of the rip currents in playa hermosa, they are extremely strong and dangerous. This is a surfing in the water beach only, would not recommend swimming. Overall great stay at Hermosa Beach House!

Amazing place, stayed here with 19 people, plenty of space for all. Big pool and right on the beach (though the ocean right in front has rip tides so careful). Full time staff are on-site around the clock, cleaners every day and security at night, and they can help you book things. Daytime staff speak English. They can do laundry for you $5/load. They also offer to make you dinner and breakfast for groups of any size which is a great deal and delicious. Walkable to places for empanadas, alcohol, pizza, açaí bowls. Surfing and great beaches 10min drive. First floor rooms are less ideal than 2nd/3rd floor so consider that if booking for 20+ people. Host very responsive before and during stay. Would stay here again.
