- No Illegal Activities: Any illegal behavior, including drug use, solicitation, or disruptive conduct, is strictly forbidden and will be reported to Airbnb and local authorities.
- Respect for the Community: Guests should maintain low noise levels, especially at night, to respect neighbors. Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo or on the property.
- No Pets Allowed
- The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings occurring on the premises.
- By booking, guests agree to abide by these rules and accept any risks associated with their stay.
- This property is not suitable for party-friendly bookings.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of all rooms in the condo and two assigned parking spaces at the street entrance. Direct access to Playa Blanca is available via the main paved road.
Please note that access to the private Punta Leona club and its facilities is not included and is reserved exclusively for club members.

El apartamento tiene una vista increíble, muy bien ubicado en términos del área común de piscina y bien acondicionado. Nosotros éramos 6 personas y el área de cocina nos resultó un poco pequeña, sin embargo nos terminamos acomodando bien. Pablo es un propietario muy accesible.

La casa es espectacular sin dudas. La comodidad, como esta todo presentado, la atencion a los detalles. Las vistas desde cada una de las ventanas y balcones son increibles, valen la pena. Es un alojamiento al que volveria sin dudarlo. Lo tiene todo ! El unico comentario que no tiene que ver con la casa en si sino con la dinamica de la zona donde se ubica es que si bien esta cerca del acceso a Playa Blanca las inclinaciones del camino son muy pronunciadas, entonces tenerlo en cuenta. El parqueo frente al ingreso a la playa es exclusivo para quien tenga acceso al Club Punta Leona (Day Pass, u otro). Entonces uno puede ir con el auto, dejar a todos en el ingreso y volver a estacionar incluso mas cerca que donde esta la casa, pero con una cuesta de por medio. O en todo caso se puede solucionar teniendo al menos uno acceso al Club Punta Leona, o alquilando un carrito de golf.

Es un lugar muy bonito donde se aprecia un sunset espectacular, las instalaciones son cómodas y la cocina está bien equipada. Lo recomiendo.

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene una vista espectacular, además está súper bien equipada para cocinar y demás; sin embargo si usted disfruta dormir las habitaciones son sumamente claras, ya que tienen múltiples ventanas sin cortina, por lo que la luz entra desde el amanecer. El acceso es fácil y la comunicación es fluida.

The condo was just what my family needed for a weekend getaway. Pablo and Raquel were both punctual and super helpful to accommodate our needs. We'll definitely be using this spot for future vacations, and Pablo's place will be one of the first we look at. The view was spectacular and allowed us to enjoy our vacation even while sipping our coffee from the balcony. This was our first time staying in the Punta Leona area. If you're staying for more than a few days, make sure to know where the nearest restaurants and grocery stores are and what days they are open. Depending on who's in your party, it may be worth renting a golf cart to get around. Walking back up the hill to the condo may be difficult for some. Thanks Pablo & Racquel!

Our stay at this oceanfront in Playa Blanca, Punta Leona, was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the crystal-clear waters right in front of us. Pablo’s place was neat, very well maintained. Everything was great, but the sea sight from balcony, and pool were spectacular, this makes the difference. Our family enjoyed the place a lot.
