Pablo

The apartment has an amazing view, very well located in terms of the common pool area and well equipped. There were 6 of us and the kitchen area was a little small, but we ended up settling in well. Pablo is a very accessible owner.

The house is spectacular, no doubt. The comfort, how everything is presented, the attention to detail. The views from each of the windows and balconies are incredible, they are worth it. It's a place I'd definitely go back to. It's got everything! The only comment that has nothing to do with the house itself but with the dynamics of the area where it is located is that although it is close to the access to Playa Blanca, the inclinations of the road are very steep, so take this into account. The parking lot in front of the beach entrance is exclusively for those who have access to the Punta Leona Club (Day Pass, or other). Then you can go by car, drop everyone off at the entrance and park even closer than where the house is, but with a slope in between. Or in any case, it can be solved by having at least one access to the Punta Leona Club, or by renting a golf cart.
