2BR Condo in Playa del Carmen

What a beautiful space! Waking up to the sunrise out the living room door every morning was really special. I get the impression that someone truly lives in this space - the kitchen is stocked and the decor is cozy, especially in the master bedroom. It is also quite large, and impressively quiet given that its just a few steps up a short road to the main tourist street, which is where nearly everything a visitor might want to do is located. We were actually there on New Years Eve and worried about noise - no need to be! The property seems to be a quasi hotel/condo property, with doormen, a locked basement garage, and cleaning staff on site who will take out garbage/etc. We worried a bit about being on the first floor, but it was certainly not an issue. Having a baby crib on site was very helpful! The pool was lovely, and being able to walk down to the beach was a treat. If you are looking for two bedrooms but hoping to avoid the all inclusive options, this is a great choice!

Sarah was an excellent host. She communicated quickly, openly, and honestly. Additionally, she provided wonderful restaurant recommendations in the area. The flat is perfectly situated just off the main strip and right on the beach. Surprisingly, it is quiet despite being so close to all the action. The pool is fantastic and overlooks the beach. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the fun of Playa Del Carmen; it's much more enjoyable than an all-inclusive resort.

Sarah’s place was a perfect Spot for us. Great location to 5th Ave shop and restaurants. Right near the pier if you want to take a trip to Cozumel. Within walking distance to every thing.

Great, modern condo, with spectacular ocean view, close to all the action in Playa de Carmen.

This place is on the beach and 1 min away from the busy main 5th street in Playa del Carmen. The unit was perfect and Sarah was communicative and accommodating. Loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach. You don't have to pay for a beach club as all the chairs and umbrellas are included, you just have to walk down past a locked gate that has a private code to access the beach. Security on site and gates are always locked to ensure safety. The unit is quiet from the busy sounds of 5th street. Definitely a gem, will have to come back soon again!

a lovely spot. literally a few feet from the porch to the pool and a few more to the beach (where there were chairs easily available, and service from the restaurant next door. the AC worked well, and it was very quiet (amazingly so, given how boisterous the main street is about a block away). we had a great time!

Amazing place! You get the best of both worlds: the peace and beauty of the ocean and the fun and lively hood of Quinta Avenida. Easy access to everything you can think of. Nice and attentive staff always ready to assist you. The place is comfortable, have plenty of space. Will definitely stay there again.

Sarah’s condo was an amazing accommodation for our family of four. The beach and pool are beautiful and the condo is well maintained and just as the pictures show. It is conveniently located to the main thoroughfare. Sarah was a responsive host and we really appreciate her thoughtfulness.
