Arsen was a great host and very responsive. He accommodated our early checkin request and was very helpful.

We wanted to be in Cabo without being in the noise of the cruise ships. Costa Azul is just right; we really enjoyed San José del Cabo. The accommodations were great. Great staff, pool, hot tub, access to the beach….the beds and linen were the softer than any hotel I can remember. The host and team members looked after our every want or need. We will as you again!

may be the best beaches on the southern end. facilities are top notch. Arsen is more than willing to make the trip a great experience.

I don’t typically write reviews, but, this is the exception. This was everything we could have asked for. The home was beautiful modern clean and the beds were comfortable. Any time I reached out with a question I got a response. I was able to look out the window or sit on the balcony and watch my husband surf. He couldn’t have been happier with the location. There were two surf spots that were close. !! I would watch in the afternoon from the infinity pool. In the morning I sat in the couch with my latte I made from their machine and watched the sunrise from the balcony couch! Also clean and hardly anyone in it. Staff was friendly. And grounds were very clean. We will absolutely return.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. If you see the pictures and you like it. Wait until you see in in person. The place counts with anything you could potentially need. It’s close to everything and the employees who work in the community are very polite and helpful. I will definitely use this place again. The host is very caring and I can say that the place it’s so well thought that we enjoyed it to the maximum that we did not have to bother or ask our host for anything. 100% recommend.

Arsen's place was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had a well stocked fully functional kitchen if you enjoy cooking or making beverages from coffee to cocktails. My favorite part was waking up early and opening the huge living room windows so I could listen to the waves crashing while I sipped my coffee and watched all the surfers wait for the perfect wave. One morning I set an alarm so I could wake up early enough to see the sunrise and I must say it was so beautiful I felt emotional watching it. It is most definitely worth waking up early to see! The building itself is equally enjoyable, the lobby area is beautiful and clean with lots of space to lounge inside or outside. The pool is large, clean, and well kept with gorgeous views overlooking the beach. It’s only a few minutes walk to food trucks on the beach for fresh ceviche or 5 min walk to an Oxxo store for supplies. Getting into town was only 5-10min via Uber or taxi,We found everything to be incredibly convenient.
