The place is very nice, comfortable and well-kept!! Great for the weekend. Lucía is always very helpful and kind. She always responds quickly and is attentive. She answered all our questions, and her cleaning and management team (Ms. Mary and Mr. Andrés) were also very helpful. Spectacular service. I had already stayed before at his other Airbnb in front of Casa Alma, and it doesn't disappoint.

Our stay was very pleasant. Lucía was super friendly, attentive and always available for our messages and needs. We also want to highlight the service of the cleaning staff and the caretaker, who were very kind. The house is very spacious, comfortable, clean and perfect for enjoying as a group and having a good weekend. As aspects to consider, it is quite far from downtown Tepoztlán, and access includes narrow roads and some dirt roads, which are dark at night. We paid for heating for the pool, although the temperature was a bit inconsistent. We also hired cleaning and cooking support, but that day it arrived later than agreed. The cell phone signal is very limited, and on the last day there was a power outage that also temporarily left us without water or Wi-Fi. The property has security cameras. Apart from these details, we really enjoyed the house and especially appreciate the excellent service from Lucía and all the staff.

Lucia's property is impeccable. We received it clean and just as seen in the photos. Andres was always attentive to whatever was needed. However, the only issue we had was that there was broken glass in the pool, which could have caused an accident. From there on out, everything was fine.

She was always attentive to what was requested. The house was super nice. Very flexible. I would consider her a very good host. The cleaning and food manager, Mary, is excellent, and Andres is very helpful and attentive. I brought my dogs, and they are very comfortable running around.

Clean, modern home that was perfect for our stay. The host was very accommodating with both early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. We had a great time and would happily stay here again.

A wonderful place to go to rest, the pool has a good temperature, the jacuzzi is worth it, the house is very nice, ideal for going with family or friends. The service is excellent and Andres is super attentive. I will definitely be back.
