The place is nice, the location is very good, the place is quiet. During my stay, things happened that were perhaps beyond the host's control, but they affected my satisfaction. The air conditioning did not cool and the power went out repeatedly during the night and the next morning. Otherwise, everything was fine. They accept pets and the place is very nice. Just a personal experience regarding the services, but after that, everything was fine.

Good stay! Claudio was super responsive, supportive, and always available whenever I had a question. If you're coming for surfing vacation, do note that it is a good 17 minutes walk from the residence either to Panga's Drop or Colorado in case you don't have a rental car or bike inside Hacienda Iguana.

The apartment was good but there was a smell in the bathroom! Some stains in the toilet lid. Filtered water was not included, Claudio was very attentive and responsive and provided quick solution to some issues we had.
