Welcome to Villa Maj boutique resort. The Green Grape casita is one of five casitas available on the property. This cozy villa accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out couch.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa features a fully equipped kitchenette with an island and a spacious living area. The queen-size pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space for two guests.
Step outside to your private patio, furnished with a dining table and outdoor seating. Here, you can unwind while observing howler monkeys as they move through the trees.
Just beyond your patio lies the shared common area, where you can enjoy the pool, relax on lounge chairs, cook meals on the barbecue, or take a nap in the hammock. This peaceful retreat offers numerous ways to relax and enjoy nature.
The Green Grape villa can also be connected to its sister villa, Red Grape, by opening the middle section. Both villas are identical in layout and amenities, with the shared middle area housing a larger refrigerator and a washing machine. This option is available only with prior confirmation. Please contact us if you wish to reserve the additional space or inquire about hosting up to eight guests by booking both villas.

I loved the paradisiacal place. I traveled alone, and it is very safe and quiet. Pretty cool, and it's a good distance from Tamarindo. I hope to come back soon with my kids.

We had an excellent stay! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The only small thing we felt was missing was a full-length mirror, which would have been a nice addition. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Staying at Villa Maj was a wonderful and a peaceful getaway with lots to do nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had time to stay even longer. Cory was very friendly and responsive to anything that we needed. Will definitely return!
