Descripción del espacio
Esta casa está situada en una comunidad cerrada y segura, pero lo suficientemente apartada para garantizar privacidad, ideal para familias o grupos de amigos que deseen disfrutar de Manuel Antonio.
Es un lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse después de un día explorando la zona. No es una casa para fiestas.
La estructura es un dúplex poco convencional (no es un edificio tradicional de planta alta y baja). Soul House es la casa superior de dos pisos y está ubicada más atrás que la casa inferior llamada Chillout House, por lo que no están directamente una encima de la otra.
Ambas casas son independientes y cada una ofrece privacidad. Además, ambas son alquileres vacacionales y los huéspedes deben respetar las mismas normas, como el horario de silencio después de las 10:00 p.m., manteniendo un ambiente tranquilo.

Primer piso: habitación principal con cama king y baño, segunda habitación con una cama doble y dos camas individuales, baño, cocina con comedor interior, lavandería y un patio exterior enorme con sofás, hamacas, mesa para comer, tapetes de yoga y TRX.

Segundo piso: tercera habitación con una cama doble y dos camas individuales, baño y balcón con hamaca y vista a la copa de los árboles.
Nota: se debe estar dispuesto a subir escaleras para acceder a esta habitación.
Acceso para huéspedes
Los huéspedes tendrán Soul House completamente para ellos, con sus propios espacios de estacionamiento, un balcón privado grande y la piscina exclusiva para su uso.

Sadly we didn't have the best experience. When we arrived one of the bedrooms was full of ants, and there weren't really any supplies we could use to get rid of them other than a broom. As a result our kids ended up sleeping in the same room with us. The next morning we had to leave early however there was no water at all, so it was really hard to get our day started. We recognize that both of which might happen and the hosts tried to be as communicative and helpful as possible, however unfortunately it wasn't what we were hoping for

We would recommend the experience 1000%, as they are amazing hosts who are super attentive to you and your needs at all times. The house is comfortable, very spacious and has everything you need. We would come back without hesitation.

We thoroughy enjoyed the huge patio space both for eating outside plus time in the hammocks! Being a family of 3 generations we were all able to enjoy the house and its amenities. The grandchildren being able to watch Netflix meant we all had some peace and quiet when needed. Being so close to shops and restaurants meant we didn’t always have to get in the car Rosa was superb at helping us arrange various day adventures such as zip lining, white water rafting and entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park with our great guide Danny. We throughly recommend all of those 5* activities. We were lucky enough to see fantastic wildlife both on the beach, in the Park but also from the patio - fabulous.

What a great place! It’s such a massive place with so many relaxing spots. We saw monkeys when we first go there from the balcony. You can walk to many restaurants. Thanks for being such a great host!

Very nice stay at Soul House for our family of 5! Plenty of space for our teenagers! The covered patio and its hammocks were everyone's favorite, with the jungle and wildlife close by (monkeys, parrots, sloths). The hosts are very responsive and friendly! Their restaurant recommendations were very helpful, and the jungle horseback riding activity they suggested and booked for us was really great! We would recommend this villa without hesitation if you are staying in Manuel Antonio!

Fer and Rose were awesome host. They were communicative with the check-in procedures. The house easily accommodated our two families, for a total of 9 people. Fer and Rose recommended great activities and restaurants. We had an issue with the washer but the hosts were responsive and even sent out his maintenance guy, Oscar, to take a look. Even Oscar was superb and no more issues with the washer. We saw monkeys, macaws, and sloths from the house. The pool was a bit small but that didn’t matter to us and everyone still had fun. No complaints whatsoever on the Soul House and would highly recommend Fer and Rose’s place to anyone!
