The Space

Upon entering, you are welcomed by the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez, visible from your new home overlooking some of Baja’s finest surf spots. The condo features balconies that stretch along the entire top floor of the A building at Las Olas, offering breathtaking views in both directions along Costa Azul.

Las Olas is situated on one of the few swimmable beaches in the area, allowing you to take a dip in the warm waters at any time. You can also unwind by the recently remodeled pool and hot tubs.

Please message me before booking stays between August 1st and October 15th. This period is when the homeowners association (HOA) permits remodeling and repairs on the property, which may result in some noise Monday through Friday during business hours. No work will be conducted inside our condo during your stay.

This beachfront penthouse condo occupies the entire top floor of the A building and includes:

• 4 spacious bedrooms, each with private or semi-private bathrooms
• 3.5 bathrooms in total
• Fully furnished pool area
• 3 hot tubs
• Private beach access to one of the few swimmable beaches nearby

The interior combines sleek and rustic furnishings designed to evoke a beachy, artistic vibe inspired by the San Jose del Cabo area. The front of the condo is lined with balconies furnished for lounging and dining, all overlooking the Las Olas property and the Sea of Cortez.

Additionally, there is a large private deck equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing while enjoying the ocean view. An elevator provides direct access to the 6th-floor condo.

For surfers, a ground-floor surf locker is available, making it convenient to store boards and walk directly to the beach to enjoy the excellent surf in front of Las Olas.

Guests have access to a variety of amenities, including:

• Washer and dryer inside the condo
• Small gym
• Parking
• Rooftop tennis court
• Pool and three hot tubs
• Wi-Fi

Location

Las Olas is located on Costa Azul, offering direct access to a rare swimmable beach in the area and some of the best surf spots in Baja.

Other Things to Note

• Guests are required to review the property rules with every reservation.
• An occupancy card must be completed and submitted to the HOA before arrival. This card requires the names of all guests, contact information, and the ages of any children.
• The HOA counts infants toward the maximum occupancy, which is limited to 8 guests total, including infants.
• Airbnb does not count infants (children under 2) toward occupancy, so please be aware that bookings exceeding 8 guests including infants may be canceled or require booking an additional condo.
• Multiple condos are available on the property. For larger groups, please contact me as I may offer discounts for renting multiple units if available.
• A damage deposit will be held by Airbnb.
• The HOA strictly prohibits children under 13 years old from using the hot tubs and enforces this rule rigorously.
