Al abrir la puerta, el brillante mar azul del Mar de Cortés te dará la bienvenida a tu nuevo hogar con vista a algunos de los mejores lugares para surfear en Baja. Con balcones que abarcan todo nuestro condominio, que se extiende por todo el último piso del edificio A de Las Olas, podrás perderte en impresionantes vistas que se extienden en ambas direcciones a lo largo de Costa Azul.
Puedes darte un baño en las cálidas aguas abajo en cualquier momento, ya que Las Olas está ubicado en una de las pocas playas aptas para nadar en la zona, o relajarte junto a la piscina y los jacuzzis recién remodelados.
El espacio
POR FAVOR ENVÍAME UN MENSAJE antes de reservar estancias entre el 1 de agosto y el 15 de octubre. Este es el período anual en el que nuestra asociación de propietarios (HOA) permite remodelaciones y reparaciones en los condominios de la propiedad. Por lo tanto, podría haber algo de ruido de lunes a viernes durante el horario laboral habitual. No se realizarán trabajos en nuestro condominio durante tu estancia.
Nuestro condominio frente al mar de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños y medio ocupa todo el último piso del edificio A de Las Olas. Las Olas cuenta con:
- Área de piscina completamente amueblada
- 3 jacuzzis
- Acceso privado a una de las pocas playas aptas para nadar en la zona
Puedes explorar el área o simplemente relajarte y disfrutar de la vista desde uno de nuestros balcones privados con vista al océano.
Nuestro penthouse tiene muebles elegantes pero rústicos, seleccionados para crear una estética playera y artística que celebra la zona local de San José del Cabo. Toda la parte frontal del condominio está alineada con balcones equipados con muebles para descansar y comer, con vista a la propiedad de Las Olas y al hermoso Mar de Cortés.
También cuenta con una amplia terraza privada equipada con sillas para tomar el sol mientras disfrutas de la vista.
Las 4 habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con baños privados o semi-privados. Un elevador te lleva hasta nuestro condominio en el sexto piso.
Además, disponemos de un locker para tablas de surf en la planta baja, facilitando llevar tu tabla a la playa y disfrutar del increíble surf frente a Las Olas.

Otros aspectos a considerar
Requerimos que nuestros huéspedes revisen las reglas de la propiedad con cada reserva. Se debe completar y enviar una tarjeta de ocupación a nuestra HOA antes de la estancia. Deberás incluir:
- Nombres de todos los huéspedes
- La mejor forma de contactarte
- Edades de los niños
Nuestra HOA cuenta a los bebés dentro del límite de ocupación permitido en el condominio. Por lo tanto, solo podemos alojar hasta 8 personas, incluyendo bebés.
Airbnb no cuenta a los bebés (menores de 2 años) dentro del límite de ocupación, por lo que podría permitirte reservar, pero tendremos que cancelar o reservar otro condominio adicional para tu grupo si excede las 8 personas incluyendo bebés.
Contamos con varios condominios en la propiedad, así que si tienes un grupo grande, por favor envíame un mensaje y podré ofrecerte varios condominios con descuento si hay disponibilidad.
Airbnb también retendrá un depósito por daños.
Nuestra HOA no permite niños menores de 13 años en los jacuzzis y es muy estricta en hacer cumplir esta regla.

We loved our time in Cabo. We booked the penthouse because it fit our entire family. There was plenty of space, bathrooms and beds. The air conditioning works well, thankfully. Each room has its own ac. Large living room and kitchen and 3 balconies. Great for cooking and dining. We rented surfboards from costa azul surf shop and stored them in the board locker. Good food nearby. Zippers is expensive but right on the water and within walking distance. There is a pizza truck near the freeway underpass. Pizzas are personal and about $10. We used the 3 hot tubs daily. Pool is amazing. Very relaxing. Not too crowded this time of year. We surfed most days and went snorkeling when flat right outside the condo. We plan to return. Stefani our host was very helpful and accommodating to our requests.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing time. We we're a party of 4 adults and 4 kids (9, 10, 12 and 15). Everyone learned to surf. The view from the penthouse was great. The kitchen was well appointed with two large grocery stores a 5 min drive away. The grounds were well kept with security guards on site that were helpful with local recommendations. If you're able to stay while the Thursday night Art Walk is happening in SJC than I would suggest hitting it up about 30 mins before the sun sets. The shops in that area are great and the restaurants had amazing food and service. The overall vibe of this location was "chill", no rush, no pressure. We felt very safe traveling and being out in public with the kids. Our son is on the spectrum and can get overwhelmed when he's overheated and all the staff/servers made him feel comfortable and assisted as needed to help ensure we all had a good time. We're looking forward to our next stay. CABO 2026

We loved our stay at Las Olas! The views are unbeatable, gorgeous from every view. The condo was comfortable with lots of space and everything we needed for the beach, to cook, and to just relax. Staying in San Jose Del Cabo was the perfect getaway for our family of six. Stephany was very responsive, helpful and gave us lots of great insider tips. Totally recommend!

In my opinion this location is unmatched in the area. It sits directly in front of one of the two safe places to swim in the entire area and one of the best surf breaks as well (depending on season). The HOA seems to be doing a great job maintaining the property - we saw cleaners constantly touching up areas. The condo is a a penthouse that occupies the entire top floor of the building and the unit itself has a spacious floor plan and easily accommodates up to 8 people (we were 4). And the VIEW is truly breathtaking. We had whale shows every day. We LOVED the property - what wasn’t up to par were the bedding, cookware and glassware, it’s all very used/old and lacking - it’s time for a very inexpensive and way overdue update.
