Ricardo was so very helpful to me. My schedule changed as it was guided by my daughter's hospitalization and eventual discharge and he was flexible with our booking. He spoke excellent English which helped relieve my stress. The air conditioned living area in addition to cool bedrooms made it a great retreat. The kitchen was very well equipped. All in all it was a terrific place to be.
