Good experience, and the people in charge were very friendly. Recommended place! There are shops nearby, but you can go there at an affordable price to buy any things you need; it was quite helpful. We hope to come back soon!

I recommend this place 100%. The house is beautiful, with lots of greenery. We paid for pool heating, and it was wonderful to spend hours in the pool. Excellent cleanliness, very good service from the staff, who were always attentive, friendly, and helpful. The location is good; DiDi comes. It is important to read the house specifications carefully, as they include additional costs such as disinfection, which is 2,000 pesos, and heating is also an extra charge.

The house is beautiful, but our experience had several drawbacks. Despite having booked multiple rooms, we were initially assigned fewer rooms than advertised, which was disappointing and stressful, especially since I had planned to celebrate my birthday. It was only after I expressed my dissatisfaction that they gave us the rooms we had originally booked. Although it is stated that the property is pet-friendly, they suggested an extra charge if my dog was large, making me feel like they were doing me a favor by allowing him. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we left them a tip for their service. However, heating the pool has an additional cost of $1,500 MXN for two days, which was not clearly stated in the listing. Due to the initial inconvenience, I no longer used the master bedroom I had paid for. I recommend keeping all communication through Airbnb, as the service was different and less professional. Confirm rooms and extra costs in advance.
