Casa Nico es una casa colonial recién renovada, ubicada en una calle tranquila del distrito Centro. El Jardín principal y la Parroquia están a cuatro cuadras planas a pie.
Diseñada para ofrecer una estadía cómoda y sin complicaciones, la casa combina comodidades modernas con detalles tradicionales. Cuenta con tres habitaciones privadas con baño en suite, una acogedora sala y comedor con chimenea, una cocina gourmet, un patio central y una terraza en la azotea con fogón y piscina pequeña climatizada.
El espacio
Al entrar a Casa Nico, encontrará una fuente burbujeante, un rincón de bar con enfriador de vinos y una cocina gourmet ideal para preparar comidas inspiradas o disfrutar aperitivos relajados con bocadillos.
El patio central está amueblado con sillas tradicionales de Acapulco, creando un lugar cómodo para planificar el día o relajarse por la noche. Más allá del patio, la acogedora sala incluye un sofá largo de cuero, televisión y chimenea para relajarse durante los meses más frescos.
Las paredes de vidrio estilo acordeón abren el comedor hacia el patio exterior, creando un ambiente para comer al aire libre rodeado de plantas.
El segundo piso incluye dos habitaciones con baño en suite y niveles divididos, cada una decorada cuidadosamente con azulejos y textiles mexicanos. Ambas habitaciones incluyen:

- Mesas de noche con estaciones de carga USB

La tercera habitación con baño en suite se encuentra en el tercer piso y ofrece las mismas comodidades.

La terraza en la azotea cuenta con cómodos asientos tipo lounge dispuestos alrededor de un fogón de gas, junto a una piscina pequeña climatizada con una fuente en la pared.
Desde la terraza, disfrute de las vistas de los numerosos campanarios de las iglesias y de los globos aerostáticos. Por la noche, Casa Nico se ilumina hermosamente con iluminación cuidadosamente planificada a lo largo de las pasarelas, escaleras y áreas exteriores de descanso.

The location of the house is perfect for walking to the parish church and the main squares of downtown San Miguel. The area where it is located is super quiet for resting. They always answered my questions and were very attentive.

My family of 4 loved this place. Each kid had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. We did have a bit of an issue with the hot tub heating, but it will not effect my 5⭐️ review. I also loved having a washer and dryer so we could wash clothes as needed. The host was always responsive as well.

Loved the space. Super clean, comfortable safe and quiet. We felt very safe. The neighborhood was great. I love the rooftop pool and proximity to the square was easily walkable. I would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the indoor-outdoor living style, it made the whole experience feel so relaxing and unique. The rooftop and dipping pool was a highlight as well. A huge bonus is that the place has AC, which made a big difference on the really hot days. Walkable to all the restaurants and main attractions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, it is a very nice house with lots of amenities. It has very nice décor, and there is privacy in all the bedrooms. I liked sleeping in the bedroom upstairs, but the floor fan made a horrible noise (we had to turn it off), and unfortunately, although it has air conditioning, it is programmed not to change the temperature, so we were very hot. Other than that, everything else was great. It is close to downtown, but the street is very quiet.

The house is very well designed. Each bedroom is private with an attached full bathroom. The first floor has a nice kitchen, living area, powder room and laundry room. There is a lovely private rooftop terrace with a small pool and great views of San Miguel. The pool never got warm but two of us used it as a cold plunge, super refreshing. BTW, we never questioned the owner about the pool heater. I’m sure if we did they would have helped us. Overall, it could use a little TLC. But, we loved it and would stay again. Thank you.

This is an awesome location. Easy parking, very walkable. Overall pretty quiet and peaceful, considering its location. Very clean and comfortable.
