The Villa

Villa Exotica offers sophisticated European design for discerning travelers. Clean lines, warm dark-wood cabinetry and doors, and stainless-steel appliances create an inviting atmosphere with a sense of luxury.

Access the villa via a winding stone staircase illuminated by the warm glow of the property, or use the newer upper-level parking area, which is just 28 steps from the front door on the same level.

This two-story villa features unobstructed 180-degree views of the Pacific coast from both master bedroom suites, each with a private balcony.

Flex House Option

One of the most popular vacation homes in the Dominical area is available to smaller groups through the Flex House option. Guests can enjoy the luxuries and amenities of a larger home, along with the services of our highly rated management company, at a lower rate.

The villa can be rented as either:

• A two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom villa
• A four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa

An upgrade to the larger villa configuration is available at the applicable rate.

Location

The villa is located 5 kilometers (3 miles) north of Dominical on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast.

• Surrounded by natural tropical forest
• Approximately 1 kilometer from the beach as the toucan flies
• A short 10-minute drive to the beach
• Close enough to hear and see the waves breaking along the shore

Maintenance

To preserve the beauty and upkeep of the garden and pool, maintenance is performed on Mondays and Thursdays. The crew works as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimize interruptions during your stay.

The property is staffed by a full-time, English-speaking concierge and property manager who is available to assist with requests, including:

• Personal chef services
• Massages
• Car rentals
• Other optional services

The concierge is available 24/7 for emergencies.
