The Space
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, closet space, and a TV. The two additional bedrooms each have full-size beds, TVs, and closets. Common bathrooms are located in the hallway just outside the bedrooms.
The living room and dining area share an open floor plan, allowing guests to interact easily between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. This area opens onto a large patio furnished with a table and chairs, offering views of the pool and BBQ area.
Paid cable TV and wireless internet are available.

Location
The complex is situated 250 meters from the beach. It is within walking distance to the beach and town center. The bus stop is conveniently located just two blocks away.
At certain times of the year, you may spot macaws feeding in the trees nearby.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the landscaped common areas and the pool. The BBQ areas must be reserved at least 24 hours before use.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 protocols, masks are required, and pool usage is strictly by reservation only. Each guest can reserve the pool for a maximum of one hour and fifty minutes per day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Clean 3 bedroom condo with a beach theme throughout. Best view in the complex of the pool with a huge patio. The condo is equipped with all the things you need to call home. Patricia will get back to you quickly if you have any questions and book the pool and ranchero as needed. (Covid rules) The walk is only 5 minutes to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets.

This was my first time renting a condo in Jaco and it truly exceeded my expectations. The grounds are beautiful with lots of macaws, toucans, colourful flowers, a huge well kept pool and wonderful security to keep you all safe. The condo was ground floor which overlooked the pool...what a great spot to be. When we entered the condo, Patricia had a fruit basket waiting and coffee for the morning. The condo was clean and well decorated, lots of towels, face cloths and extra sheets to change the beds and had all the essentials of home including toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels. I especially like the fact that there was a washer and dryer to use with laundry detergent included. Patricia answered any questions I had in a timely manner. And lastly, if you are able to walk 10 minutes down the road, you have all of downtown Jaco at your finger tips and it’s only 2 minutes to the beach. Love it here 😍
