Had a wonderful stay at Carlos’ apartment. The hospitality and amenities were wonderful, Carlos was helpful throughout the process, and the location is among the best in Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive! The place was lovely, well stocked kitchen, a full water jug & coffee were provided for us when we arrived which was appreciated! Lots of towels and kitchen was well stocked. The description said there was no air conditioning in the main room however there is which was a bonus! Walkable to many restaurants at the Marina and only a few minute Uber to Soriana or Walmart for groceries. We would love to come back!

This condo and the entire complex of Shangri La is our favorite place to visit. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return year after year. The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool area and grounds are stunning! The view from inside and outside the condo can’t be beat. You have 180 degree views of downtown PV, the mountains, the ocean, and the sunset! The pool restaurant has delicious food at reasonable prices. The marina is a very short walk across the street and has all sorts of great restaurants. Carlos is the BEST host! He is caring, attentive, friendly, and always responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Thank you Carlos, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We have stayed in this condo three years in a row and love it. It’s large, clean, and very well equipped. Carlos is a friendly and accommodating host. We always feel very safe at Shangri La and in the marina area. The pool is fantastic. The restaurant/bar at the pool is great too and also affordable. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. We truly feel at home here and will continue to return every year!

Great stay at this beautiful home; our second stay here. The instructions and information given are very clear, working with Carlos has been easy, and the apartment is comfortable and perfect for our activities while in Puerto Vallarta. The beautiful location speaks for itself.

We had a wonderful time at Carlos’s condo! We have stayed at Shangri-La many times and it is the perfect location! Such a beautiful view and right next to the Marina. The condo was great and we will definitely be back!

This condo is my happy place. My family has stayed here two years in a row and already have next year booked. The condo is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views are stunning and practically 180 degrees. You have views of the bay, downtown, and cruise ship port to the south but also have a perfect sunset view out the side door and windows of the wraparound balcony. Shangri La is very safe and peaceful. There is a gated entrance that is guarded 24/7. The pool is never overcrowded. It’s so nice to be able to go down to swim any time of the day and have plenty of open chairs. They do have rules at the pool like no balls but we don’t mind that. It’s not a party atmosphere and there are also not a ton of crazy loud kids running around. We have kids and they prefer this. Just a couple minute walk to the marina stores, spas, and restaurants. Carlos responds very quickly every time I send a message and is also more accommodating than any host I have ever dealt with on AirB&B!! Love!!

Our stay at Carlos’ beautiful home was exactly as described and even better. The location was perfect for visiting family nearby, Carlos our host, as well as the staff at Shangri La, were efficient and accommodating, and the residence was very welcoming.

Perfect! This condo is beautiful and comfortable inside with stunning views outside! Perfect view to the bay and downtown but also to the west/northwest to the ocean and sunset. You can watch the sunset unobstructed from the dining room table! Shangri La is a very secure, relaxing, higher end environment where you never have to fight for room at the pool and always feel safe and taken care of. The pool bar has great service with very reasonable prices for food and drinks. The location of this particular condo is ideal being just steps from the back half of the pool which is warmer and also just steps to the front security gate to walk out and go to the marina for shopping or restaurants. We hope to stay here many more times!

Beautiful condo to stay at with everything you can ask for ! If you are a family looking for an alternative to an all inclusive this is a great option with a great pool an beach access!

Staying here was an absolutely magical experience. From our mouth drop at the breathtaking view when you first walk in, to the great amenities like the pool and beach-front access along with the well stocked kitchen, our stay was amazing. We would book here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo, with truly first-class amenities (private beach, attentive staff, quick access to the Marina and taxis). The view is fantastic, and everything about the space is even better than advertised.

Located in the best development in Vallarta. Always with great availability of beach loungers and pool. The apartment is beautiful and clean, as shown in the pictures. Carlos is always super attentive, I highly recommend this apartment.
