This was possibly the best airbnb I've ever stayed in! Lived up to the photos and every review. The plants were incredible, the layout was perfect for our family, it was chic as heck (but baby proof!), and the location made us feel like we could live out the front door. Every detail was super thoughtful. Cannot wait to come back.

One of the most architecturally sound and well designed airbnb’s i’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Very walkable location. Amazing coffee shops / convenience stores directly underneath the complex. My wife and I are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again!

We LOVED this place so much!! Great location, gorgeously decorated, all bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and spacious, and the common area was to die for. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The only con was that the doorknobs on the front door were broken, which made it frustrating to get in and out, but they are fixing them.

What a dream!! This is by far the best airbnb I've stayed at. It's even more spacious in person, with the huge bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor, and the living space on the second. Our group loved lounging in the living area, on the hammock, and on the terrace. The location is unbeatable - the block is lush, green, quiet, and a short walk to lovely parks and restaurants. Easy to walk to Roma Norte or to enjoy everything in Condesa. Being able to do laundry before heading home was an added bonus too! Scarlet and Gisela were so helpful and answered any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and already miss this place!

Wow! What an excellent experience. This trip to CDMX was really very important to us. We were taking a family trip with our adult children and it had been years since we had last done so. Casa Tao could not have been a better temporary home for us during this wonderful trip. First - the space is incredible. Lots of thought has gone into the details of the space. Architecturally it's amazing and all of the details going into it are wonderfully thought out. The location is perfect. Obviously the beauty of Condesa is right out the door. Also the spectacular neighborhoods of Roma Norte and Juarez are just a short walk away. El Central and Chapuletepec are a quick Uber ride away. Now our hosts - Our arrival was wonderful with welcoming communications very well laid out. Their responsiveness was perfect. We'd love to come back and stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is even more beautiful in person. The plants are EVERYTHING. The master bedroom felt like a dream, and the plants in the shower were such a stunning, unique touch. It honestly felt like staying in a design magazine. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the whole space felt thoughtful, clean, and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better, close to so many amazing restaurants and easy to get everywhere. We had the best time and would 100% stay here again on our next trip to CDMX.

The place was as beautiful as the photos. Scarlett and Griselda were great hosts, left local goodies for us and were super communicative. It is in a beautiful neighborhood close to parks and great eats.

I am still daydreaming about this dreamy place. It was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed for many reasons. It’s stunning, spacious, cozy, and in the perfect location. Somehow it’s even more perfect in person. There was so much attention to detail, down to the personalized note left by our host. They were also incredibly responsive and lovely. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Scarlet's place! It is very beautiful and spacious. The fireplace wasn't working so it was a bit chilly, but I think most places in Mexico do not have heating so that isn't uncommon. The only disappointment was that the listing included a hot tub, but there is just a bath tub - which is not the same thing! This was a small disappointment though, we still really enjoyed staying there.

This place was excellent! The shower was awesome, all spaces were unbelievably decorated and just like the pictures described! The bed was AMAZING, my husband wanted to take it home with us. Everything we needed was there! Great location, book this place!!! Best of the best! LOVED it all!!!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The aesthetics were absolutely incredible, from the furniture and the greenery to the complementary water and welcome snacks, details big and small made the space so enjoyable and comfortable. We traveled with our infant and Scarlet was kind enough to provide a crib and high chair for us. The location was amazing and walkable to all the great spots in Condesa and Roma Norte. Will absolutely be recommending to friends traveling to the area and hope to stay again when I come back to CDMX!

We loved the Airbnb! It was perfect for our trip! We loved all the plants and the decor - the space is beautiful. The bakery downstairs is an extra bonus.

We had a fantastic time and this was one of the best AirBnb's we've ever stayed in! The space is even more beautiful than the pictures and the vibe is so peaceful and nature-y with all the plants. The cats are amazing and if you are a cat person you will LOVE them and be sad to leave them. The hosts left us some fresh eggs and bread and they had special herbal teas for us to try. It felt like a retreat center in the city! The location is on a really cute corner in Roma Norte/Condessa and you can easily walk to most areas of those neighborhoods. Place was clean, beds were comfy, no complaints!! The only reason not to stay here is if you have a hard time with stairs or don't like cats, as those are both big features of the space. We hope to return!!

This home was beautiful! We absolutely loved it. I would definitely come back here again. Each room had those thin, standing, oscillating rectangular fans, that blew hot air or cold air. We came in July, the first nights were pretty cold so I used the hot air. There's a grocery store right across the street. Neighborhood is great. The downstairs bakery is SO good. The kitties were SO sweet and love cuddles. The things I wish I knew tho: there are no elevators and 2-3 flights of stairs. lol. The "central air " they have listed is referring to the fans I mentioned, not like the USA kind of AC. Also they do have a "central Air" type of heater in the living room, kinda like how they do in the NE States of USA. The wifi also really only works in the top floor (living room and kitchen area). Does not reach in the bedrooms. Lastly there IS A HALF BATH in addition to the 2 full baths. YAY!! lol. Again, still a very lovely stay and would love to return thank you so much for having us!!!

This apartment is INCREDIBLE! I want to return just to hang out in the hammock with the big porch doors open. And the cats are very fun and cuddly. This is my highest recommendation!

Our stay here was so, so enjoyable. The apartment is stunning and is located in a great place for walking around the city. The beds are very comfy and the cats are sweet. We had plenty of space for our group of 5 and felt very safe and at home in this place. The host was responsive and helpful.

Better than the pictures! The space is amazing—open kitchen, dining, living, patio area upstairs and three separate bedrooms a short stairwell down. Plants everywhere, soothing color scheme, very chill. An ideal place to spend time with family or friends, and very important: walkable to so many great restaurants, parks, etc. You just need to love cats. There are three and they are very friendly, seeking your company/lap anywhere you are in the open living space (they are not allowed in the bedrooms). We have a cat so it was not a big problem, but if you are allergic or annoyed by (shedy) little sweeties who love human contact, this spectacular space won't be for you.

Will miss the smell of fresh bread every morning coming from the bakery downstairs. Walking around Amsterdam Avenue. Grabbing coffee from all the amazing shops nearby. The three lovely cats that hosted us. Will definitely come back. Loved the space and the neighborhood!

Really loved this apartment!! Such a unique fun space. The three cats are sooo sweet! They stay upstairs so even for our friends that are allergic, it was no problem. The bedrooms are all separate. Perfect location for walking in condesa!

This home is so special. It’s peaceful, clean, gorgeous, huge, well-equipped. We loved Mexico City and explored all day for a week, but we also loved coming home to our beloved Condesa penthouse. It was so safe and welcoming. Gisela and Scarlet are outstanding hosts. And Rama, Uma, and Akasha completed the trip for us. The cats, the city, and the home are a dream.

This place is such a gem! The house is beautiful and feels super comfortable. The three cats that live there are very sweet, and make for great friends during the visit. The location is perfectly located between Roma Norte and Condesa near Parque Mexico, making it a great spot to explore from. I highly recommend this one. Lastly, the host was super communicative and welcoming. We loved our time here.

This was by far the most unique AirBNB we ever stayed at. We took our children (9 and 12) here for spring break. This was a perfect home to relax in during our busy trip. Better than pictured. We loved the cats and they made our stay even better. The beds were comfy, the layout was great and we really loved all the plants and the patio. We were in a peaceful setting inside the busy city. One daughter told me she could stay there forever and the other child told me it was a perfect setting for writing. Lots of great restaurants close by. Not too far from Chapultepec Park where we spent lots of time. It was a great trip.

This place was a ton of fun. The 3 cats welcoming you home every evening was something that I have never encountered and really enjoyed. Everything was top notch. Communication was hyper responsive.

This place is way better than the photos. It is truly one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The natural light, plants, every detail in here is so beautiful. It feels private, safe, and location is perfect to walk everywhere. The cats are so sweet and really made this place feel like home. The host was responsive and flexible and overall a perfect stay. I would love to come back some day.

I was worried that the reality wouldn’t be as good as the photos, but we were really pleased when we arrived. It is a true urban oasis. Lots of light and exposure to the outdoors but with beautiful plants and shrubs that provide privacy and create a peaceful setting. The location is prime. You do need to be a cat lover, which we are. The cats are really sweet and clean. There was no cat smell. They actually contributed to the peaceful environment. The master bath shower is to die for. This was one of the most unique spaces in which I have stayed on vacation, and for a city with the hustle and bustle of Mexico City, the peaceful contrast really made the experience.

Loved everything about this space! Beautifully designed and spacious, very friendly kitties to keep us company during coffee on the balcony and great location.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Scarlet's Airbnb! It was clean, beautifully designed and fantastic location. Perfect and spacious for our group of 6 people. Communication was great - they made sure we had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again in Mexico City!

Loved everything about our stay, the kitties made it so fun. Only complaint is that the wi-fi does not work well in the bedrooms. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Scarlet was easy to communicate with and she was proactive with our stay. The home itself was beautiful with great access to the neighborhood. Cats were super friendly and made the place feel like a home away from home.

Scarlet, Gisela and Mary were great serveras, I stayed with my 3 month old baby and my babysitter, and it served us very well. The only observation is that you have to take stairs, but for the second week we were already well acclimated. I felt safe in the building, my baby acclimated well, and there are many restaurants and places of interest around.

Scarlet’s place was amazing! As beautiful and well kept as described and shown in the pictures. The 3 gatos were adorable and super friendly. Unfortunately one fell sick while we were there and made a little mess but Gisela came and cleaned it up the next morning! Location is also perfect. Very walkable and central so everywhere we wanted to go was either a short walk or Uber away. Would absolutely stay again the next time I go!

We had the best stay ever, and our experience was nothing short of incredible. Scarlet and her co-host were extremely easy to communicate with, and very accommodating with our booking requests from the start. Arrival/Location: Check in was very clear, with the location nestled between La Condesa/Roma. Fantastic area for restaurants, cute cafes/restaurants, and some amazing late night taco stands you know you want to try! Special mention to the cats - very well behaved, loved attention, and made our stay welcoming. Airbnb: Scarlet’ flat is exactly like the photos, and large enough to accommodate 3 couples (and some). All the rooms are well sized, with clean bathrooms and closet space. Living room was a dream, with plenty of light from all the windows. We especially loved the outdoor space, hanging out in the afternoons underneath the sun. Kitchen was also fantastic to use, with all the right amenities if you wanted to cook one evening. If it’s free, don’t think. Just book!

Beautiful clean apartment in a phenomenal neighbourhood. Scarlet was a great host - there are 3 cats who stay with you, they are all super friendly and have great character - they fit right in! Would definitely book again.

There are not enough words to describe how beautiful, artistic, eclectic, and yet extremely comfortable this apartment is. The entire place is full of character and gorgeous artistic sensibility. All bedrooms were comfortable and private with low sound transfer from the noise of the city. The kitchen was well-appointed and we were able to make food for our two picky children as needed. Lots of big spaces to hang out as a family and my youngest LOVED the hammock. We absolutely LOVED the addition of the three cats that live in the apartment (though it should be noted for anyone allergic that they definitely run the show). We spent lots of evenings and mornings cuddled up with the cats and enjoying the beautiful aesthetics of the apartment. Scarlet and her co-host were always responsive and helpful with ANYTHING we needed and the location cannot be beat. The best, safest, most convenient location in all of Mexico City. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Our stay was wonderful. The space was beautiful and serene with all the plants, glass walls and high ceilings. Scarlett was responsive and helpful, extending our checkin a couple hours to accommodate a later flight. She even had the building manager deliver a hair dryer after I asked if they had one. Would have appreciated if the space had some of the basic amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner, but there is a convenient store around the corner that made it easy. A huge bonus was the coffee shop and bakery on the ground floor of the building. The location was unbeatable. Will definitely stay again.

My friend's and I had an incredible stay at Scarlet's gorgeous apartment in La Condesa! I highly recommend for anyone visiting CDMX. The space was not only STUNNING but huge, with the living room & kitchen separated from the sleeping areas which made it awesome for us to socialize when we pleased without disturbing the others. This place made our visit even more special because we enjoyed being here so much that we looked forward to lounging around in the mornings and coming back after a day/night of fun. Note the description is wrong on Airbnb. There's THREE bedrooms & 3 beds - breakdown is 2 kings, 1 small double bed (can still sleep 2). It's located in a great area of La Condesa with a cafe on the ground floor, Parque Mexico a block away, and so many awesome restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Roma Norte is also very walkable from here! Scarlet was a wonderful host, responsive and helpful exactly when needed. When we checked out, I hoped that I can return here again one day!!
